OFFER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This marketing program (“Offer”) is Garagepreneurs Internet Private Limited (“Brand”), which operates a digital lending platform under the brand name of ‘Slice’ under an arrangement with Xiaomi Technology India Private Limited (“Xiaomi”), and is open to all persons competent to contract in India, holding a valid and current credit card issued by the Brand (“Cardholder”) and who meet the eligibility criteria set out in these Offer terms and conditions (“Customers”).

1. OFFER: Discount of Ten percent (10%) on the price of each Eligible Product, subject to a maximum discount of Rupees One Thousand (INR 1000) (“Discount”) to each Customer purchasing an Eligible Product through the Online Channel during the Offer Period using his/her credit card issued by the Brand

2. ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS: All Xiaomi and its sub-brands, including without limitation, Redmi and Mi branded products listed on the Online Channel and purchased from the Online Channel during the Offer Period

3. MINIMUM TRANSACTION AMOUNT: To avail the Discount on Eligible Products during the Offer Period, a Cardholder must carry out a transaction of a minimum amount of Indian Rupees Four Thousand Five Hundred (INR 4,500) with his/her Brand credit card.

4. ONLINE CHANNEL: www.mi.com, the related mobile website and mobile application.

5. OFFER PERIOD: 7 March 00:00 hours to 15 March 23:59:59 hours.

7. The above Offer is by way of a special offer for Cardholders only.

8. The Offer can be availed only once per Brand card during the Offer Period.
9. Any person participating in the Offer:a. must be an Indian citizen and resident;b. must be able to enter into legally binding contracts under Indian Contract Act, 1872;c. must hold a valid and unexpired credit card issued by Brand;d. must purchase an Eligible Product (s); e. must possess proof of age, identity and place of residence.
10. The Offer cannot be combined with any other offer.
11. Offer is not applicable on cash on delivery transactions, on net banking, on mobile banking transactions and on debit card transactions.
12. Any person availing the Offer shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
13. Delinquent and over-limit Cardholders will not qualify for this promotion.
14. The Offer is non-encashable, non-extendable and non-negotiable.
15. If a Cardholder has more than 1 (one) Brand card, spends on the cards cannot be clubbed by the card member in order to qualify for the said Offer.
16. Any query regarding the Offer will be entertained only till 22 March (23:59:59 hours). Post such date, Brand and Xiaomi will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding the Offer from any persons.
17. In case of any query/complaints pertaining to availing the Offer and/or the card, Customers must call Brand customer care.
18. Pictures of products shown in the communication sent to the customers either through mailers or advertised on the website, are representative only and may not bear a resemblance to the actual products. Neither of the Parties shall, under any circumstances, be responsible towards the same.
19. Returned transactions, disputed or unauthorized/fraudulent transactions will not be considered for the Offer.
20. All government levies and taxes shall be payable by the Customers as applicable at the time the Offer is availed.
21. Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in the Offer. Any such participation is voluntary.
22. The Offer shall be subject to all applicable laws, rules and regulations which are in existence and which may be promulgated anytime by any statutory authority.
23. Brand and Xiaomi reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to the Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
24. Any disputes arising out of the Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore.
