The quick start-up time includes extensive training. Throughout the entire process, Xiaomi representatives will be available to answer your questions, offer advice and guide you through your journey to franchise ownership.

We will review the online application and based on the fit, we will initiate the first round of telephonic interview.
In Telephonic discussion, candidate would be require to share more data points with regards to the Store .
If the candidate is deemed suitable, he or she is sent a Franchise Information packet, which contains details of the Business Plan for the area.
In Store Visit
Xiaomi Team will visit the store to evaluate the store location and partner profile for Mi Store franchise.
Once selected, the Finance team will provide the finance clearance or the financial support when required.
Agreement & Store Setup
An agreement will be signed between the candidate and Xiaomi team. Assistance will be provided when opening the store.
