Offer Terms and Conditions

1. This offer ("Offer") is being provided by SBI Cards and Payment Services Private Limited ("SBICPSL") and is made available on the website www.amazon.in or the mobile site or mobile application thereof (collectively, "Amazon.in") by Amazon Pay (India) Private Limited ("Amazon") and on the website www.mi.com or the mobile site or mobile application thereof (collectively, “Mi.com") by Xiaomi Communication and Logistics India Private Limited ("Xiaomi").

2. All SBI Credit Cardholders (“Cardholder”) excluding SBI Corporate Credit Card (“Card”) with no payment outstanding of more than 30 days and are covered under this Program.

3. The Offer is valid on March 20, 2018 from 12:00 hrs to 13:00 hrs or until stocks of the Products (defined below) last, whichever is earlier ("Offer Period"), unless revoked or extended by Amazon, Xiaomi and SBICPSL, without any prior notice and without any liability.

4. Under this Offer, any Cardholder who, during the Offer Period, purchases any variant of a new Redmi 5 smartphone ("Product")
   a. on Amazon.in from – (i) Green Mobile, and (iii) Darshita Electronics (“Participating Sellers”), and makes payment for the Product using the Card, will be entitled to receive an instant discount of Flat 5% on such purchased Product, provided that the purchase value for such transaction (inclusive of taxes) is equivalent to or exceeds INR 7,000 on a per transaction basis.
   b. on Mi.com and makes payment for the Product using the Card, will be entitled to receive a Flat 5% cashback on such purchased Product, provided that the purchase value for such transaction (inclusive of taxes) is equivalent to or exceeds INR 7,000 on a per transaction basis.

5. Offer is valid only once per card on Amazon.in & once per card account on Mi.com. Each Cardholder can avail a maximum discount/cashback of INR 450 (Indian Rupees four hundred fifty only) per card/card account (each on Amazon.in and Mi.com), irrespective of number of purchases during the Offer Period.

6. Cashback for Mi.com transactions would be processed on 21 May 2018.

7. The Offer can only be availed where the underlying purchase is completed on Amazon.in with one Product in the cart. This Offer cannot be claimed with multiple items in the cart (including multiple Products).

8. The purchase of Product by Cardholders on equated monthly instalments (EMI) at Amazon.in and Mi.com will also eligible for this Offer.

9. This Offer is NOT applicable on payment made by customers using the 'Card on Delivery' payment option at Amazon.in.

10. Offer is not applicable on cancelled/returned orders.

Other Terms & Conditions

1. Amazon, Xiaomi and/or SBICPSL reserve the right to disqualify the Cardholder from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer or otherwise by use of the Card.
2. Amazon, Xiaomi and/ or SBICPSL reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary any or all of these Offer Terms or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
3. Delinquent and over-limit SBICPSL's credit card members will not qualify for this Offer.
4. Any query regarding this Program shall only be entertained during Offer Period. Post such date; SBICPSL will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Program from any cardholder.
5. Any query on cashback posting for Mi.com will be entertained only till 5 June 2018.
6. SBICPSL does not endorse any of the products or brands being offered under the Program and will not accept any liability pertaining to the quality, delivery or after sales service of such products which shall be at the sole liability to Participating Sellers/Amazon/Xiaomi.
7. Pictures of products shown in the communication sent to the customer either through mailers or advertised on our website, are representative only and may not bear a resemblance to the actual products. SBICPSL shall under no circumstances be responsible towards the same.
8. SBICPSL will not entertain any correspondence regarding the validity or acceptability of any additional benefits offered by Amazon or Xiaomi on products/services made available by it and the same shall be at the sole risk and consequences of Amazon and Xiaomi and without reference to SBICPSL
9. Under no circumstance will the offer/discount/cashback being offered under this Program be settled with cash in lieu by SBICPSL or by Amazon or by Xiaomi
10. Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in the Program and any participation is deemed to be voluntary.
11. The above Offer is by way of a special offer and nothing contained herein will prejudice or affect the terms and conditions of the Card agreement. The terms of the above schemes will be in addition to and not in derogation of the terms contained in the Card agreement and SBICPSL’s Convert2EMI terms and conditions.
12. All disputes between the Cardholders and SBICPSL will be resolved inter se and Amazon or Xiaomi will not (nor will be liable or obliged to) mediate or resolve any dispute or disagreement between the Cardholders and SBICPSL.
13. All government levies such as GST, sales tax, TDS, local taxes, octroi etc., shall be payable by the Cardholder as applicable at the time the respective Programs were offered.
14. Any disputes arising out of the Offer shall be subject to arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed by SBICPSL for this purpose. The proceedings of the arbitration shall be conducted as per the provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The place of arbitration shall be at New Delhi and language of arbitration shall be English. The existence of a dispute, if at all, shall not constitute a claim against SBICPSL.
