OFFER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This marketing program (“Offer”) is from SBI Cards and Payment Services Limited (“SBICPSL”) under an arrangement with Xiaomi Technology India Private Limited (“Xiaomi”).

1. OFFER: Discount of an amount equal to ten percent (10%) on each Eligible Product, subject to a maximum of Rupees One Thousand (INR 1000) (“Discount”) per card to each Cardholder on purchase of the Eligible Products from the Online Channels using his/her Card. Offer is also valid on EMI transactions.

2. ELIGIBLE CUSTOMERS: SBICPSL credit card holders, excluding SBI/TATA corporate credit card and Paytm SBI Credit Card, are referred to as “Cardholders”. Cardholders who purchase an Eligible Product and meet the conditions set out under this terms and conditions are referred to as “Customers”.

3. CARD: All valid and unexpired SBI credit cards, except SBI/TATA corporate credit card and Paytm SBI Credit Card

4. OFFER PERIOD: 12 July 2021 00:00 hours to 16 July 2021 23:59:59 hours

5. ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS: All variants of Redmi branded smartphones, Redmi and Mi branded televisions and Mi laptops (except Redmi 9A, Redmi 9, Redmi 9 Prime, Redmi 9i, Redmi Note 9, Redmi Note 10 and Redmi Note 10 Pro) listed on the Online Channel, and purchased during the Offer Period from the Online Channels. Each such product is referred to individually as an “Eligible Product”, and collectively as the “Eligible Products”.

6. MINIMUM TRANSACTION AMOUNT: To avail the Discount on an Eligible Product during the Offer Period, a Cardholder’s transaction using his/her Card must be for a minimum amount of Indian Rupees Six Thousand Five Hundred (INR 6,500).

7. ONLINE CHANNELS: www.mi.com, the related mobile website and mobile application (“Mi Authorized Channel”)

Other Terms and Conditions:

1. The above Offer is by way of a special offer for SBI/TATA Credit Cardholders only and nothing contained herein shall prejudice or affect the terms and conditions of the card agreement and Convert2EMI terms and conditions. The terms of the above Offer shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the terms contained in the card agreement and Convert2EMI terms and conditions.
2. The Offer can be availed only once per card during the Offer Period on Mi Authorized Channel, irrespective of the number of products purchased. The Offer can be availed on the Amazon Authorised Channel, either once or such number of times, subject to the maximum Discount not exceeding INR 1000 on all such transactions in total.
3. Any person participating in the Offer:
   a. must be an Indian citizen and resident;
   b. must be able to enter into legally binding contracts under Indian Contract Act, 1872;
   c. must hold a valid and unexpired credit card issued by SBICPSL, except those specifically set out in these terms and conditions;
   d. must purchase an Eligible Product;
   e. must possess proof of age, identity and place of residence.
   
4. Offer is not applicable on cash on delivery transactions.
5. Offer not applicable on net banking transactions and on debit card transactions.
6. The Offer cannot be combined with any other offer.
7. Any person availing this Offer shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
8. . Cardholders with outstanding payment for a period of thirty (30) days or more will not be eligible for this Offer.
9. This Offer is non-encashable, non-extendable and non-negotiable.
10. If a Cardholder has more than 1 (one) SBICPSL card, spends on the cards cannot be clubbed by the card member in order to qualify for the said Offer.
11. Any query regarding the Offer will be entertained only till 21 July 2021 (23:59:59 hours). Post such dates, the SBICPSL and Xiaomi will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Offer from any persons.
12. Pictures of products shown in the communication sent to the customers either through mailers or advertised on the website, are representative only and may not bear a resemblance to the actual products. Neither of the Parties shall, under any circumstances, be responsible towards the same.
13. Returned transactions, disputed or unauthorized/fraudulent transactions will not be considered for the Offer.
14. All government levies and taxes shall be payable by the Customers as applicable at the time the Offer is availed.
15. Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in the Offer. Any such participation is voluntary.
16. This Offer shall be subject to all applicable laws, rules and regulations which are in existence and which may be promulgated anytime by any statutory authority.
17. Xiaomi and SBICPSL reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
18. Any disputes arising out of the Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore.
