Instant discount of an amount equivalent to five percent (5%) (up to INR 500) of the sale price of the Eligible Products (“Discount”) to each Customer purchasing such Eligible Products through mi.com using their SBI credit cards or EMI transactions.

Offer Terms and Conditions:

• Offer: Discount of an amount equivalent to five percent (5%) (up to Rupees Five Hundred only [INR 500]) of the cart value, subject to the cart value being equal to or more than the Minimum Transaction Value set out below (“Discount”), on purchase of the Products by each customer through the Amazon Authorized Channels, Flipkart Authorized Channels and Mi Authorized Channels using their SBI credit cards or under a SBI credit card EMI scheme.
• Minimum Transaction Value: Rupees Six Thousand Five Hundred only (INR 6,500)
• Product: All variants of ‘Xiaomi’, ‘mi’ and/or ‘POCO’ branded smartphones and televisions sold under the ‘Mi’ or ‘Xiaomi’ brand on the Authorized Channels (as defined below).
• Offer Period: 23 July, 2019 00:00 hours to 25 July, 2019 11:59:59 hours.
• Authorized Channels:
  i. www.flipkart.com, the related mobile website and mobile application (“Flipkart Authorized Channels”);
  ii. www.amazon.in, the related mobile website and mobile application (“Amazon Authorized Channels”); and
  iii. www.mi.com, the related mobile website and mobile application (“Mi Authorized Channels”).
  
• The Offer shall be valid on the Minimum Transaction Value and above per transaction per SBI credit card.
• The Offer can be availed only once per SBI credit card by each customer during the Offer Period per Authorized Channel.
• SBICPSL holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the Products. Any dispute or claim regarding the Offers must be resolved by the SBI credit card holders with the seller directly without any reference to SBICPSL if the dispute is with respect to the seller not providing the upfront discount available under the Offer to an eligible customer. If the dispute is with respect to any other matter concerning the Offer, then such dispute or claim regarding the Offer must be resolved by the SBICPSL credit card holders with SBICPSL directly without any reference to the seller.
• SBICPSL shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the Products.
• The Offer cannot be combined with any other offer.
• Any person availing this Offer shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
• SBICPSL reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
• This Offer is valid for Indian residents and citizens only.
• Delinquent and over-limit SBI credit card members will not qualify for this promotion.
• SBI credit card holders are not bound in any way to participate in this offer. Any participation is voluntary and the offer is being made purely on a best effort basis.
• Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by SBICPSL to conduct further, similar or other offers.
• Offer valid only on SBI credit cards. Offer not valid on corporate, commercial credit cards. Delinquent card holders will be disqualified from the said promotion.
• This offer is non-encashable, not extendable and non-negotiable.
• If a card member has more than one (1) SBI credit card, spends on the cards cannot be clubbed by the card member in order to qualify for the said offer.
• In case, the card member holds more than one (1) credit card with SBICPSL; the card member would need to call up the customer Call Centre and confirm which card(s) the said offer may be availed for.
• The above offer is by way of a special offer for all SBI credit card holders only and nothing contained herein shall prejudice or affect the terms and conditions of the card member agreement. The terms of the above schemes shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the terms contained in the card member agreement.
• All disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above offers or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Bangalore only, irrespective of whether courts / tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.
• Any query regarding the program will be entertained till sixty (60) days from offer fulfillment date. Post such date; SBICPSL will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Program from the card holder.
