OFFER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This marketing program (“Offer”) is from SBICPSL Cards and Payment Services Limited (“SBICPSL”) under an arrangement with Xiaomi Technology India Private Limited (“Xiaomi”).

• ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS: All Redmi and Mi branded products listed below and purchased from the Online Channel (as defined below). Products set out in Clause 5 are not available for the First Offer

• ELIGIBLE CUSTOMERS: SBICPSL credit card holders, excluding SBI/TATA corporate credit card and SBI Paytm co-branded cardholders, are referred to as “Cardholders”. Cardholders who purchase an Eligible Product and meet the conditions set out here are referred to as “Customers”.

• FIRST OFFER

4.1. Discount of ten (10%) percent subject to a maximum discount of INR 1000 to a Customer on full swipe (non EMI) purchase of each Eligible Product made through the Online Channel (as defined below) using his/her SBI credit card

4.2. Discount of ten (10%) percent subject to a maximum discount of INR 1,250 to a Customer on EMI purchase of each Eligible Product made through the Online Channel (as defined below) using his/her SBI credit card (each, a “Discount”).

This First Offer will not be available on the Eligible Products provided under Clause 5.

• SECOND OFFER

5.1. Following Discount (each a “Discount”) to each Customer purchasing the below Eligible Products through the Online Channels (as defined below) during the Offer Period:

• OFFER PERIOD: 05 October 2021 00:00 hours to 07 October 2021 23:59:59 hours.

• MINIMUM CART VALUE To avail the Discount on the Eligible Products set out in Clause 4 & Clause 5 during the Offer Period, a Cardholder’s cart must contain Eligible Products for the minimum amount of Indian Rupees Six Thousand (INR 6000) at checkout.

• ONLINE CHANNEL: www.mi.com, the related mobile website and mobile application

Other Terms and Conditions:

1. The above Offer is by way of a special offer for Cardholders only.
2. The Offer can be availed only once per SBICPSL card by each Cardholder during the Offer Period, irrespective of the number of products purchased.
3. The Offer is not applicable on cash on delivery transactions and on debit card transactions.
4. The Offer not applicable on net banking transactions.
5. Any person participating in the Offer: a. must be an Indian citizen and resident; b. must be able to enter into legally binding contracts under Indian Contract Act, 1872; c. must hold a valid and unexpired credit card issued by SBICPSL; d. must purchase an Eligible Product; e. must possess proof of age, identity and place of residence.
6. The Offer cannot be combined with any other offer.
7. The Offer is valid until stocks last.
8. Any person availing this Offer shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
9. Delinquent and over-limit Cardholders will not qualify for this promotion.
10. This Offer is non-encashable, non-extendable and non-negotiable.
11. If a Cardholder has more than 1 (one) SBICPSL card, spends on the cards cannot be clubbed by the card member in order to qualify for the said Offer.
12. Any query regarding the Offer will be entertained only till 15 October 2021. Post such dates, Xiaomi will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Offer from any persons.
13. Pictures of products shown in the communication sent to the customer either through mailers or advertised on the website, are representative only and may not bear a resemblance to the actual products. None of the parties shall under any circumstances be responsible towards the same.
14. Returned transactions, disputed or unauthorized/fraudulent transactions will not be considered for the Offer.
15. All government levies and taxes shall be payable by the Cardholder as applicable at the time the Offer is availed.
16. Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in the Offer. Any such participation is voluntary.
17. This Offer shall be subject to all applicable laws, rules and regulations which are in existence and which may be promulgated anytime by any statutory authority.
18. Xiaomi reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
19. Any disputes arising out of the Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore.
