OFFER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This marketing program (“Offer”) is from SBI Cards and Payment Services Limited (“SBI Card”) under an arrangement with Xiaomi Technology India Private Limited (“Xiaomi”).

• ELIGIBLE CUSTOMERS: All SBI/Tata Credit Cardholders (“Cardholder”) excluding SBI/Tata Corporate Credit Card & Paytm SBI Credit Card, with no payment outstanding of more than 30 days are covered under this Program

• OFFER:
  Following discount (each a “Discount”) to each Cardholder purchasing the concerned Eligible Product through the Online Channel (as defined below) during each Offer Period:

3.1. All variants of Redmi Note 10S smartphones purchased from the Online Channel: 18th May 2021 10:00 hours to 18th May 2021 23:59:59 hours (“Offer Period”)

• ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS

4.1. All variants of Redmi Note 10S smartphones purchased during the Offer Period from the Online Channel.

Each of the variant of Redmi Note 10S smartphones set out above is referred to individually as an “Eligible Product”, and collectively as the “Eligible Products”.

• MINIMUM TRANSACTION AMOUNT: To avail the Discount on concerned Eligible Products during Offer Period, a Cardholder’s transaction using his/her SBI Card credit card or under a credit card EMI scheme must be for the minimum amounts identified for each Eligible Product and set out below (each a “Minimum Transaction Amount”).

• ONLINE CHANNEL: www.mi.com, the related mobile website and mobile application.

• Offer is not applicable on cash on delivery transactions.

Other Terms and Conditions:

1. The above Offer is by way of a special offer for Cardholders only.
2. The Offer can be availed only once per card during the First Offer Period and once during the Second Offer Period.
3. Any person participating in the Offer: a. must be an Indian citizen and resident; b. must be able to enter into legally binding contracts under Indian Contract Act, 1872; c. must hold a valid and unexpired credit card issued by SBI Card; d. must purchase an Eligible Product; e. must possess proof of age, identity and place of residence.
4. Cardholders can participate only once in this Offer during each Offer Period, irrespective of the number of products purchased.
5. The Offer cannot be combined with any other offer.
6. Any person availing this Offer shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
7. This Offer is non-encashable, non-extendable and non-negotiable.
8. If a Cardholder has more than 1 (one) SBI Card card, spends on the cards cannot be clubbed by the card member in order to qualify for the said Offer.
9. Any query regarding the Offer will be entertained only till 07 June 2021 (23:59:59 hours). Post such dates, the SBI Card and Xiaomi will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Offer from any persons.
10. Pictures of products shown in the communication sent to the customers either through mailers or advertised on the website, are representative only and may not bear a resemblance to the actual products. Neither of the Parties shall, under any circumstances, be responsible towards the same.
11. Returned transactions, disputed or unauthorized/fraudulent transactions will not be considered for the Offer.
12. All government levies and taxes shall be payable by the Customers as applicable at the time the Offer is availed.
13. Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in the Offer. Any such participation is voluntary.
14. This Offer shall be subject to all applicable laws, rules and regulations which are in existence and which may be promulgated anytime by any statutory authority.
15. Xiaomi and SBI Card reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
16. Any disputes arising out of the Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore.
