Offer Terms and Conditions

• This marketing program (“Offer”) is from ICICI Bank Limited (“ICICI Bank”) under an arrangement with Xiaomi Technology India Private Limited (“Xiaomi”), and is open to all persons competent to contract in India holding a valid ICICI Bank Credit Card (each an “ICICI Bank Cardholder”).

• Offer Period shall include both:

Initial Offer Period: 5 May, 2020 00:00 till 11 May, 2020 23:59:59; and

Remainder Offer Period: 12 May, 2020 00:00 till 20 May, 2020 23:59:59.

• However, ICICI Bank and Xiaomi may extend the Offer Period by mutual consent in writing.
• Under this Offer, ICICI Bank Cardholders can avail:
  i. During Initial Offer Period–
  Discount equivalent to Rupees One Thousand (INR 1000) (“Discount”) on purchase of the Eligible Products through the Mi Authorized Channel using his/her ICICI Bank credit card or credit card EMI scheme.
  ii. During Remainder Offer Period–
  a. Discount equivalent to Rupees One Thousand (INR 1000) (“Discount”) on purchase of the Eligible Products through the Mi Authorized Channel under an ICICI Bank credit card EMI scheme; and
  b. Discount equivalent to Rupees Five Hundred (INR 500) (“Discount”) on purchase of the Eligible Products through the Mi Authorized Channel using his/her ICICI Bank credit card (excluding any ICICI Bank credit card EMI scheme).
• “Mi Authorized Channel” means and includes www.mi.com, the related mobile site and mobile application.
• “Eligible Products” means and includes all variants of the Redmi Note 9 Pro and the Redmi Note 9 Pro Max smartphones sold on the Mi Authorized Channel.
• The Offer shall be valid on minimum transaction value of Rupees Twelve Thousand only (INR 12,000) (“Minimum Transaction Value”) and above per transaction per ICICI Bank credit card.
• Offer is not applicable on card on delivery transactions.
• Offer is not applicable on net banking transactions.

Other Terms and Conditions:

1. The above Offer is by way of a special offer for ICICI Bank Cardholders only.
2. The Offer cannot be combined with any other offer.
3. Any person availing this Offer shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
4. This Offer is valid for Indian residents and citizens only.
5. Delinquent and over-limit ICICI Bank Cardholders will not qualify for this promotion.
6. This Offer is non-encashable, non-extendable and non-negotiable.
7. If an ICICI Bank Cardholder has more than one (1) ICICI Bank credit card, spends on the cards cannot be clubbed by the card member in order to qualify for the said Offer. Further, the ICICI Bank Cardholder would need to call up ICICI Bank’s customer call centre and confirm which card(s) the said Offer may be availed for.
8. Any query regarding the Offer will be entertained only till the Offer Period. Any issues or claims related to the Offer will only be entertained till 31 July, 2020. Post such dates, ICICI Bank and Xiaomi will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Offer from any persons.
9. Pictures of products shown in the communication sent to the customer either through mailers or advertised on the website, are representative only and may not bear a resemblance to the actual products. None of the parties shall under any circumstances be responsible towards the same.
10. Returned transactions, disputed or unauthorized/fraudulent transactions will not be considered for the Offer.
11. All government levies and taxes shall be payable by the ICICI Bank Cardholder as applicable at the time the Offer is availed.
12. ICICI Bank Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in the Offer. Any such participation is voluntary.
13. This Offer shall be subject to all applicable laws, rules and regulations which are in existence and which may be promulgated anytime by any statutory authority.
14. ICICI Bank and Xiaomi reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
15. Any disputes arising out of the Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore.
16. ICICI Bank along with its direct affiliates is solely responsible for resolving all disputes and claims arising out of or in connection with the Offer.
