2. Any person availing this Offer shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
3. Any person participating in the Offer must:
   1. be an Indian citizen and resident;
   2. be able to enter into legally binding contracts under Indian Contract Act, 1872;
   3. purchase an Eligible Product;
   4. possess proof of age, identity and place of residence.
4. Offer is not applicable on cash on delivery transactions or on net banking transactions.
5. This Offer is non-encashable, non-extendable and non-negotiable.

7. Returned transactions, disputed or unauthorized/fraudulent transactions will not be considered for the Offer.

10. This Offer shall be subject to all applicable laws, rules and regulations which are in existence and which may be promulgated anytime by any statutory authority.

Xiaomi reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
12. Any disputes arising out of the Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore.

14. Gift cards and Prepaid coupons can be used along with the UPI discount promo.
15. On selecting the UPI discount on the place order page, the discount will be reflected in the discount header as well as the final price.
