Detailed Terms and Conditions:

• This Offer is available only for individual Cardmembers and not Corporate Cardmembers.
• This Offer is only available to Cardmember(s) who do not have any outstanding amount payable under the Card for more than 30 days.
• Under this Offer, Cardmember can avail the following cashback:

• The offer is valid from Oct 5, 2019 to Oct 9, 2019 (both days inclusive) (“Offer Period”).
• Offer is valid only on first eligible transaction during the Offer Period.
• Offer is valid on both EMI & Non EMI transactions.
• Cash back will be credited into the Card members Credit Card within 90 days from the transaction date.
• No promo code is required to avail the Offer.
• Offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or cheque or any form of credit.
• Any dispute regarding delivery, service, suitability, merchantability, availability or quality of the offer/or product/services availed under this offer must be addressed in writing, by the Card member directly to Xiaomi Technology India Private Limited ( Xiaomi ). RBL Bank will not be liable for the same.
• Card members are not bound in any way to participate in the Offer. Any participation shall be voluntary.
• These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of India and any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
• Xiaomi Technology India Private Limited ( Xiaomi ) & RBL Bank reserves the right to add, alter, modify, change or vary any of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar or not, or to withdraw it altogether at any point in time, without any prior notice.
• If the Card member doesn't receive the Cash back within the stipulated period , he/she must raise the claim in writing to the following mail id's within 90 days after the end of promo period

• In the event the Cardholder fails to do so, he/she will not be eligible for the Cashback and no claim shall be entertained beyond 90 days after the end of promo period.
• RBL Bank is not responsible for any loss, damage, cost etc. that Cardmember may incur in the event of failure or disruption of Offer Providers website, or from any other cause relating to your access to, inability to access, or use of the Offer Providers website.
• In the event of non-happening, cancellation or partial happening of the Offer for reasons beyond anybody's control or Act of God, Offer Provider /RBL Bank /its representatives shall not be liable.
• By participating in the Offer, the Cardholder shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
• Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offers that may be available to the Cardmember by the merchant and the Offer is not transferable.
• The Cardmember indemnifies RBL Bank from and against all actions, suits, claims, liabilities and proceedings due to or arising out of any or all disputes between the Cardmember and Xiaomi Technology India Private Limited ( Xiaomi ) by reason of RBL Bank acting in good faith and bonafide belief and for any loss, damages incurred by Cardmember on account of the following reasons:
  a) deficiency in quality or delivery of product or service;
  b) non – delivery of product or services by Xiaomi Technology India Private Limited ( Xiaomi );
• The above Offer is by way of a special offer for Cardmembers and nothing contained herein shall prejudice or affect the terms and conditions of the card member agreement. The terms of the above schemes shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the terms contained in the Card member agreement.
• Merchant TnCs applicable as mentioned as governed by Xiaomi Technology India Private Limited (Xiaomi).
