OFFER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This marketing program (“Offer”) is from FPL Technologies Private Limited (“OneCard”) under an arrangement with Xiaomi Technology India Private Limited (“Xiaomi”).

1. ELIGIBLE CUSTOMERS: OneCard credit card holders are referred to as “Cardholders”. Cardholders who purchase the Eligible Products from Mi Authorised Channel during the Offer Period and meet the conditions set out under this Offer Terms and Conditions are referred to as “Customers”.

2. OFFER PERIOD: 04 May 2022 00:00 hours to 06 May 2022 23:59:59 hours

3. ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS: All Redmi branded smartphones listed on the Mi Authorised Channel are collectively referred to as the “Eligible Products” and individually as an “Eligible Product”

4. OFFER: Discount of ten (10%) percent on the price of the Eligible Products, subject to a maximum discount of Indian Rupees One Thousand (INR 1000) to each Customer on purchase of an Eligible Product from the Mi Authorised Channel (as defined below) during the Offer Period using their OneCard credit card / credit card EMI transaction.

5. MINIMUM TRANSACTION AMOUNT: To avail the Discount on an Eligible Product during the Offer Period, a Cardholder’s transaction using his/her OneCard Credit card full swipe or under a credit card EMI scheme must be for the minimum amount of Indian Rupees Six thousand (INR 6000) (“Minimum Transaction Amount”).

Other Terms and Conditions:

1. The above Offer is by way of a special offer for Cardholders only.
2. The Offer can be availed only once per OneCard card during the Offer Period, irrespective of the number of products purchased.
3. Any person participating in the Offer:
   1. must be an Indian citizen and resident;
   2. must be able to enter into legally binding contracts under Indian Contract Act, 1872;
   3. must hold a valid and unexpired card issued by OneCard;
   4. must purchase an Eligible Product;
   5. must possess proof of age, identity and place of residence.
4. Offer is not applicable on cash on delivery transactions.
5. The Offer cannot be combined with any other offer.
6. Any person availing this Offer shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
7. Delinquent and over-limit Cardholders will not qualify for this Offer.
8. This Offer is non-encashable, non-extendable and non-negotiable.
9. If a Cardholder has more than 1 (one) OneCard card, spends on the cards cannot be clubbed by the card member in order to qualify for the said Offer.
10. For all issues relating to the cards, Customers must reach out to the OneCard.
11. Any query regarding the Offer will be entertained only till 13 May 2022 (23:59:59 hours). Post such dates, the OneCard and Xiaomi will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Offer from any persons.
12. Pictures of products shown in the communication sent to the Cardholders either through mailers or advertised on the website, are representative only and may not bear a resemblance to the actual products. Neither of the Parties shall, under any circumstances, be responsible towards the same.
13. Returned transactions, disputed or unauthorized/fraudulent transactions will not be considered for the Offer.
14. All government levies and taxes shall be payable by the Customers as applicable at the time the Offer is availed.
15. Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in the Offer. Any such participation is voluntary.
16. This Offer shall be subject to all applicable laws, rules and regulations which are in existence and which may be promulgated anytime by any statutory authority.
17. Xiaomi reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
18. Any disputes arising out of the Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore.
