  Hungama Play: Get the best of Movies, TV Shows, Kids Shows & Films in English, Hindi and other Indian language at your fingertips and keep boredom at bay! The Hungama Play app offers carefully curated content designed to match your mood and preferences.

• What is the offer?
  These terms and conditions (“Terms & Conditions”) govern the conduct of the following promotional offer (“Offer”) extended by Hungama Digital Media Entertainment Private Limited (“Hungama”) in relation to the subscription of its OTT Service, namely, Hungama Play which is an OTT platform for providing of audio-visual content to subscribers. MiTV Users will be availing a 3-month Hungama Play free membership starting from the first login date for all new users and a 1-month free subscription for existing users from their login date.

• Which are the eligible devices?
  This Offer is open only to users of Xiaomi’s ‘mi’ branded smart televisions (“Mi TVs”) who are 18 years and above, being citizens of India and residing in India.

• What is the offer?
  Mi TV Users will be availing a free 3-month membership to Hungama’s SVOD content for new users and 1-month free subscription for Hungama’s SVOD content for new users.

• Who is eligible to avail the offer?
  This Offer is open only to users of Xiaomi’s ‘mi’ branded smart televisions (“Mi TVs”) who are 18 years and above, being citizens of India and residing in India.

• What features are covered?
  3 months of free trial on SVOD movies for new users and 1-month free trial on SVOD movies for existing users.

• Is subscription available for all the eligible Devices?
  Yes. All Mi Tv users can avail this offer from September 17, 2019 to November 1, 2019

• How can I subscribe for the offer?
  Register on Hungama Play via PatchWall on Mi TV.

• Till when is it valid?
  November 1, 2019

Availing the Offer is voluntary, and users need to accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions available and these Terms & Conditions, including any amendments and modifications hereto, which shall be deemed to be binding on them and users are required to periodically check for any updates to these Terms & Conditions during the Term. Regardless of location of users, all activities in relation to the Offer, these Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising from or in relation to Offer or interpretation of these Terms & Conditions shall be governed exclusively by the laws of India. Each Subscriber agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of law at Bangalore.

• What happens if I already have a Hungama account, can I merge my account?
  This offer is applicable for all new and existing users of Hungama Play on Xiaomi platform.

• What if I am already subscribed to Hungama plans, will the deal be extended? No. The deal is only for new users.
  i. Subscription is non-transferable, not for resale, and not redeemable for cash.
  ii. Subscription can be availed only once by a registered customer.
