These terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) govern the conduct of “Mi Box Launch Offer” (“Offer”). Please read these T&Cs before entering or participating in the Offer. You agree that by participating in this Offer you will be bound by these T&Cs and you acknowledge and agree that you satisfy all Offer eligibility requirements as provided below.

Each user who buys an Eligible Product from any of the following channels during the Offer Period (each an “Eligible User”) is eligible to avail the Offer:
www.mi.com, the related mobile website and mobile application;
www.flipkart.com, the related mobile website and mobile application;
Mi Home outlets; or
Xiaomi authorized brick and mortar outlets including Mi Preferred Partner, Mi Studio and Mi Store outlets.
Each Eligible User must provide the following information on www.mi.com:
i. Name;
ii. Email ID; and
iii. the sales channel from which the Eligible Product was purchased.
Post validation of the Eligible User’s credentials and the information provided, the Eligible User will get an email with four (4) promotional codes – one (1) for each Content Partner (collectively “Codes”).
Each Eligible User agrees to be contacted during or after the Offer Period. If any attempted notification is returned as undeliverable, or if the notified Eligible User does not respond within the designated time frame, or if any required details/documents are not submitted within the required time frame, or if the Eligible User cannot be contacted, verified or found, such Eligible User will be disqualified from availing the Offer.
Upon receipt of the Codes, an Eligible User must log on to the concerned Content Partners’ OTT platforms.
On each Content Partner’s platform, the Eligible User must use the corresponding Code to subscribe to any of the Subscription Plans mentioned under Point 4 above of that particular Content Partner to avail the discount under the Offer.
Eligible Users must redeem the Codes on or before the expiry of the Offer Period.
This Offer is open only to users who are 18 years and above, are citizens of India and are residing in India. The employees (and their spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren) of Xiaomi Technology India Private Limited (“Xiaomi”), the Content Partners, their associate/group companies, their advertising and promotional agencies, auditors, executing agencies, business partners and their associate companies are ineligible to avail the Offer.
Each Eligible User may use one unique email ID or phone number only and in case it is found that any Eligible User has more than one application from different email IDs or phone numbers then all such entries shall be rejected, and such Eligible User shall be disqualified from the Offer.
Each Eligible User must have in his/her possession, and agrees to promptly submit, all valid and subsisting proofs of age, identity, citizenship, nationality, address and place of residence.
Availing the Offer is voluntary, and each Eligible User need to accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the concerned Content Partners’ OTT platforms and these T&Cs, including any amendments and modifications hereto, which shall be deemed to be binding on them. Eligible Users are required to periodically check for any updates to these T&Cs during the Offer Period.
This Offer cannot be availed together or merged or combined with any other offer. This Offer shall not be exchanged, encashed, refunded, replaced or transferred and shall have no residual or monetary value. In no event shall this Offer be carried forward after the expiry of the Offer Period, nor shall the Offer be transferred to any third party by the Eligible User.
By participating in the Offer, each Eligible User agrees that her/his name, address, telephone numbers, e-mail identities or any other information that is provided by the Eligible User (“Personal Information”) may be shared with parties associated with and/or assisting in organizing and administering the Offer.
These T&Cs may be modified, amended or altered without prior notice. The Offer may also be modified, cancelled, withdrawn, discontinued or extended without assigning any reason and without prior notice and without any liability.
Eligible Users shall be solely responsible for any costs and expenses incurred towards participating on or availing the Offer including, without limitation, internet connection charges, e-mail transmission charges, data transfer (send/receive) charges, mobile connection charges or other incidental costs or expenses as may be applicable, inclusive or exclusive of any other service charges, applicable taxes, levies, duties, cess, etc.
Each Eligible User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Xiaomi and the Content Partners and each of their respective affiliated companies, parents, sponsors, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, members (collectively, the “Indemnified Parties”) from and against any and all liabilities, claims, suits, losses, damages, expenses and costs (including, but not limited to reasonable attorneys’ fees) resulting or arising from: (a) the Offer, and/or (b) any breach or violation of any representation, warranty, obligation or covenant made by the Eligible User herein.
The Eligible Users must at all times comply with the applicable laws and these T&Cs.
This Offer is subject to force majeure circumstances including without limitation, floods, natural disasters, war, act of terror, political unrests, technical snags, act of God or any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of Xiaomi and/or the Content Partners (“Force Majeure Event”).
This Offer shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes with respect to this Offer and/or the T&Cs shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, India.
ALL OTHER REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR USE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS ARE HEREBY WAIVED AND EXCLUDED. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, SHALL XIAOMI, THE CONTENT PARTNERS OR ANY OF THEIR AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS OR CONTRACTORS BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR EXEMPLARY LOSSES OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE OFFER, UNDER TORT, COMMON LAW OR UNDER PUBLIC POLICY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
