Offer Terms and Conditions

This Offer is brought to you by Lifefront Cover Private Limited (“GetVital”) under an arrangement with Xiaomi Technology India Private Limited (“Xiaomi”). Please read these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) before availing the Offer. You agree that, by availing this Offer, you will be bound by these T&Cs and you acknowledge and agree that you satisfy all Offer eligibility requirements as provided herein below.

• Offer: Exclusive Vital rewards program offered to all Mi Smart Band and Redmi Smart Band users
• New & existing Mi Smart Band and Redmi Smart Band users will get 1000 Vital points (worth Rs 1000) to subscribe to Vital health plans and access all health products/services on the Vital platform
• Platform: website // www.getvital.in, the related mobile site and mobile application
• Eligible Product: any variant of the Mi Smart Band or Redmi Smart Band sold on mi.com (www.mi.com/in), related mobile site and related mobile application
• Code Validity Period: 3 months from the date of issuance of that particular Code
• Offer Period: From 15th December 2020 to 15th June 2021
• Customers: customers purchasing an Eligible Product from mi.com during the Offer Period
• This Offer is valid only in the territory of India.
• Customers must: (a) be located in India; (b) have set India as current country in the account settings on the Platform; (c) have a billing address in India; and (d) be 18 years or above; to be eligible to avail the Offer.
• Each Customer must create/have a valid account on mi.com to be able to avail the Offer.
• Each Customer who purchases an Eligible Product during the Offer Period shall receive a Code after the expiry of the return period of such Eligible Product via email per the details provided by the Customers on mi.com.
• Customers must follow the below redemption process to redeem the Code:

Steps to redeem the Code –

a) Log in to www.getvital.in platform
b) Apply the Code MVITAL1 to get 1000 Vital Points
c) Subscribe to the monthly health plan, or purchase any health products/services on the Platform, or choose to make any other purchase from the Platform with the Vital Points, subject to the maximum number of points that can be applied/redeemed on each product/service, as mentioned on the Platform.

• Each Customer can use only one (1) Code under this Offer and each Code can be redeemed only once. If a Customer fails to redeem the Code within the Code Validity Period, the Code shall automatically expire thereafter and all claims of such Customer to such Code shall stand forfeited. Xiaomi and the Company shall not be liable for any claims on the unclaimed Codes after 31st June 2021.
• Employees of Xiaomi and GetVital and their affiliates, their immediate family members (spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren), and employees of Xiaomi’s and GetVital’s advertising agencies are not eligible for this Offer.
• The decision of GetVital regarding the eligibility of the Customers for redemption of the Codes shall be final and binding on all Customers.
• Xiaomi holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the Platform, the redemption and applicability of the Codes and/or related products and services. Any dispute or claim regarding users of the Platform and/or the Platform must be resolved by the user directly with GetVital without any reference to Xiaomi.
• The Offer cannot be combined with any other offer.
• By participating in this Offer, each Customer hereby consents to Xiaomi collecting, processing and sharing with GetVital such Customer’s information in order to fulfil an order, for providing the Customer withany promotional benefits including the Codes, or for any other reason related to the Customer’s order this Offer and/or to send such Customer other promotional offers through WhatsApp, SMS and/or email.
• Any person availing this Offer shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
• Xiaomi reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
• Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by Xiaomi to conduct further, similar or other offers.
• This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer
• This Offer is non-transferable, non-en-cashable, not extendable and non-negotiable.
• Customers are not bound in any way to avail this Offer. Any participation is voluntary and the Offer is being made purely on a best effort basis.
• All disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of this Offer or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Bangalore only, irrespective of whether courts / tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.
• Any query regarding the Offer will be entertained only till 15 June 2021 23:59:59 hours. Post such date Xiaomi will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Offer from the Customers. XIAOMI DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR USE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, WILL XIAOMI OR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS OR CONTRACTORS SHALL BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR EXEMPLARY LOSSES OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE OFFER, UNDER TORT, COMMON LAW OR UNDER PUBLIC POLICY, EVEN IF SUCH CUSTOMER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DA
