This marketing program (“Offer”) is from HDFC Bank Limited (“Bank”) under an arrangement with Xiaomi Technology India Private Limited (“Xiaomi”), and is open to all persons competent to contract in India, holding a valid and current HDFC Bank credit card (“Cardholder”) and who meet the eligibility criteria set out in these Offer terms and conditions (“Customers”).

• ELIGIBLE CUSTOMERS: HDFC Bank credit card holders (“Cardholders”) who meet the conditions set out under these Offer Terms and Conditions (each a “Customer”).

Following discount (each a “Early Access Discount”) to each Cardholder purchasing the concerned Eligible Product through the Online Channels (as defined below) during the Early Access Offer Period:

Following discount (each an “Offer Discount”) to each Cardholder purchasing the concerned Eligible Product through the Online Channels (as defined below) during the Offer Period:

• ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS

For Early Access Offer Period and Offer Period: All variants of Mi 11 X Pro and Mi 11 X purchased during the Early Access Offer Period or the Offer Period, as applicable, from the Authorised Channels.

Each of the Mi 11 X Pro and Mi 11 X is referred to individually as an “Eligible Product”, and collectively as the “Eligible Products”.

• MINIMUM TRANSACTION AMOUNT

To avail the Discount on an Eligible Product during the Early Access Offer Period or during the Offer Period, a Cardholder’s transaction using his/her HDFC Bank credit card or under an HDFC Bank credit card EMI scheme must be for the minimum amounts identified for each Eligible Product and set out in Clause 3 and in Clause 5 above (each a “Minimum Transaction Amount”).

• AUTHORISED CHANNEL: www.mi.com, the related mobile website and mobile application (“Mi Authorized Channel”)

• Offer is not applicable on cash on delivery transactions.

• Offer not applicable on net banking transactions.

Other Terms and Conditions:

1. The above Offer is by way of a special offer for Cardholders only.
2. The Offer can be availed only once per HDFC Bank card by each Customer during the Offer Period on the Authorized Channel.
3. Any person participating in the Offer:
   1.1.1.1. must be an Indian citizen and resident;
   1.1.1.2. must be able to enter into legally binding contracts under Indian Contract Act, 1872;
   1.1.1.3. must hold a valid and unexpired credit card issued by the Bank;
   1.1.1.4. must purchase an Eligible Product;
   1.1.1.5. must possess proof of age, identity and place of residence.
   
4. Each Cardholder can participate only once in this Offer during the Offer Period, irrespective of the number of products purchased.
5. The Offer cannot be combined with any other offer.
6. Any person availing this Offer shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
7. Delinquent and over-limit Cardholders will not qualify for this promotion.
8. This Offer is non-encashable, non-extendable and non-negotiable.
9. If a Cardholder has more than 1 (one) HDFC Bank card, spends on the cards cannot be clubbed by the card member in order to qualify for the said Offer.
10. Any query regarding the Offer will be entertained only till 07 July 2021 (23:59:59 hours). Any issue with the Offer will only be entertained only till 30 Sep 2021 (23:59:59 hours). Post such dates, the Bank and Xiaomi will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Offer from any persons.
11. Pictures of products shown in the communication sent to the customer either through mailers or advertised on the website, are representative only and may not bear a resemblance to the actual products. None of the parties shall under any circumstances be responsible towards the same.
12. Returned transactions, disputed or unauthorized/fraudulent transactions will not be considered for the Offer.
13. All government levies and taxes shall be payable by the Cardholder as applicable at the time the Offer is availed.
14. Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in the Offer. Any such participation is voluntary.
15. This Offer shall be subject to all applicable laws, rules and regulations which are in existence and which may be promulgated anytime by any statutory authority.
16. Bank and Xiaomi reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
17. Any disputes arising out of the Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore.
