Pre-order Period and the Phone Sale Period shall collectively be referred to as "Offer Period" for this Offer. The Offer Period may be extended or revoked by the Seller at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
It is hereby clarified that: (a) the steps mentioned in Section 4 (i) and (ii) above, must be undertaken from the same Mi account to be eligible to receive the Code to avail the Benefit; (b) it is not a pre-requisite for the customer to purchase the Product using the Gift Card purchased to pre-order the phone; and (c) a customer who purchases the Product after the expiry of the Phone Sale Period, shall not be eligible to receive the Code to claim the Benefit under this Offer.
The Offer will not be available on any other product listed on the Website or App other than the Product. Notwithstanding anything contained herein, this Offer will not be available on any Product which is returned or refunded by the Eligible Customer or if the order for such Product is cancelled by the Eligible Customer or the third party seller.
An Eligible Customer will be eligible to receive the Code / the Benefit under this Offer only once irrespective of the number of Product(s) purchased during the Offer Period. This Offer will only be available the first time a customer pre-orders the Product and subsequently purchases the Product during the Phone Sale Period, and both these steps are undertaken from the same Mi account.
Benefit offered under this Offer is made available, administered and delivered by Xiaomi, to the total exclusion of the Seller. There are no cash or other alternatives available in whole or in part, in relation to the Benefits under this Offer.
All applicable taxes and levies in relation to the Product and the Offer, including without limitation sales tax, service tax, goods and services tax etc., shall be payable by you/ the Eligible Customer.
The Seller reserves the absolute right to withdraw and/or alter any of the terms and conditions of the Offer at any time without prior notice. This Offer cannot be combined with any other offer being provided on the Website or App.
Any queries in relation to the Offer and/or the Benefit should be addressed to Seller. The Seller will not be responsible and/ or liable for handling, entertaining or resolving any queries or grievances regarding the status, fulfillment, use or misuse of the Offer and/ or the Benefit in any manner whatsoever.
The Seller reserves the absolute right to alter any of these Offer Terms at any time without prior notice.
You are not bound in any manner to participate in or avail the Offer and participating in or availing the Offer is voluntary.
These Offer Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of and in connection with this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi only.
