COUPON GIVEAWAYS – FUN & FURIOUS AND PLAY & WIN

• This discount scheme (“Scheme”) is run by Xiaomi Technology Private Limited (“Seller”).
• Participation in this Scheme is open to only those users of mi.com/in, mobile.mi.com (collectively, “Website”) and/or Mi Store India android & iOS app (“App”) who qualify as eligible Users under the Terms of Use of the Website and/or App.
• Participation of the Users in this Scheme is subject to the said Terms of Use of the Website and/or App.
• Users can collect discount coupons using the “Play & Win” module on the “Mi Fan Festival” page, or by playing “Fun & Furious” game on the Mobile and/or App.
• Discount coupons won by playing Fun & Furious will be valid and redeemable between 12:00 PM on 1st April to 23:59 PM on 13th April 2019 and all unused discount coupons shall lapse thereafter. No compensation will be available once a discount coupon expires.
• Discount coupons won by using Play & Win will be valid and redeemable between 12:00AM on 4th April to 23:59 PM on 13th April 2019 and all unused discount coupons shall lapse thereafter. No compensation will be available once a discount coupon expires.
• A discount coupon that is successfully won by a user will be added to such user’s Mi Account within two (2) hours.
• Discount coupons collected by users can only be redeemed on the app for purchase of the products listed under “Accessories” and “TVs”.
• Discount coupons cannot be clubbed together and only one (1) coupon can be redeemed on each order. If a user has multiple discount coupons, the user can redeem each of these discount coupons on separate orders.
• Coupon-related issues can be raised till 6:00PM, 13th April 2019. Any concerns raised thereafter the said period will not be registered.
• No compensation will be available once a discount coupon expires. Discount coupons are not exchangeable for other rewards, or refundable, replaceable or transferable for cash or credit under any circumstances.
• Seller reserves the right at its sole discretion to withdraw, cancel, amend, or modify any part of or the entire scheme at any time without any notice and seller will have no liability in relation thereto.
• All coupons can be redeemed against pre-paid orders for accessory and TV purchases only. Minimum transaction values are as listed in the table below

GAMEPLAY GUIDE – FUN & FURIOUS (APP AND MOBILE)

HOW TO PLAY:

• Click on the module on the MFF event page to log in or play as guest.
• If you are logging in via PC, you can scan the present QR code to play the game.
• You will be introduced to the Race Lobby where you will be able to choose a nickname for your character. The nickname should be no more than 20 characters.
• Press the right or left button to choose one skin for your racing character. Special Tic-Tac character can be unlocked by clicking the download button. Using this character will grant the player a 10-second glass shield buff bonus right at the beginning.
• You can access the Racing Guide by pressing the left top icon. You can also check your task progress / acquired coupons in Gift Centre and see your current rank in Rank List.
• You can choose to play via Random Match or Play with your friends.
• The Random Match mode will randomly match online global players for you. The game will automatically start after 30 seconds once there are at least 2 players who have been matched by the system. Once you finish the match under this Random Match mode, your results will be recorded in the Rank List and you will eligible to draw for prizes.
• If you choose ‘Play with Friends’, you can host a game and invite your friends to join by sharing the invitation link. The game will automatically start after 60 seconds once there are at least 2 players who have joined in the game via the link. As a host, you can start or disband the game based when you want. You could also be invited into this mode by host and wait for the host to start the game.
• If the game has started or disbanded when you get there, you can return to Race Lobby and try the Random Match option with global Mi Fans. In the Play with Friends mode, your results will not be recorded in the Rank List and you are not eligible to draw any prizes.
• To play the game, you can control the direction of your vehicle by clicking the Left or Right buttons and click the Brake icon to slow down the speed.
• There are two types of bonus tools you can obtain during the race: Glass shield and Banana Peel. You only have two bonus slots. If both slots are full, no new bonuses can replace the current ones.
• The glass shield will give you 5-second protection that makes the player immune from the Banana Peel's affects or crashing in to other players' cars. You need to click the Glass shield icon to use it in the left bonus tool area before a crash or hitting a Banana Peel in order for it be effective.
• The Banana Peel is capable of tripping a car when the car passes over it. This will cause the car to stop for a moment. You will need to click the Banana Peel icon to place it behind your current position in the left bonus tool area. Your car won't be affected by Banana Peels you have placed, which will be coloured purple.
• You can check your position and rank with the help of the map and ranking board on the top of interface.
• You can continue to race after another player has finished first. You must successfully finish a match in Random Play mode to be eligible to join the lucky draw for coupons and for your results to be recorded on the Rank List.
• Each match will last up to 5 minutes. The player needs to race 3 laps to finish the game. Those players who leave the match without finishing will not be eligible for any lucky draw, task or rank records.
• The results will rank players' by used time to finish the race. If the used time is the same, the order of the rank will follow the order of the user name alphabet.
• Players will stand the chance to win coupons that will be added to their account within 24 hours. To know more about the coupon validity and minimum purchase value, please read the coupon table above.
• Please make sure that your internet connection is stable during the Game. If you win, do not clear the app data/browser data before you claim your coupons. We shall not be responsible for any issues regarding coupons that are caused by clearing the app data or signing out of your Mi account.

HOW TO REDEEM YOUR PRIZES

• Top 10 players on the regional leader board will win prizes.
• The ranks will be updated until 23:59PM April 8th. We will use the ranking on 23:59PM April 8th for the prize allocation. If players own the same used time, we will rank them by the date and time the player achieved the result (from the past to the present) and then following alphabetical order.
• One Mi account can only get a prize from one region. If you successfully rank amongst the top 10 in more than 2 regions, we will randomly select one region to allocate your prize.
• The prize will be sent to your Mi Account within 5 working days after the game ends. The prize is given in the format of a coupon and can be used to redeem the prize.
• Coupons handed out during the individual races can be used only on prepaid orders for accessories and TVs for app only purchases.
• Select and add the product you want to buy to your cart (please refer chart for applicable products and minimum purchase value).
• Apply the coupon at checkout.
• The coupons are valid from 1st April 12:00PM to 13th April 23:59PM.
• Product giveaways include Redmi Note 7 (3+32 - Black) and Mi Sports Bluetooth Earphones Basic.
• All unused/unredeemed coupons will lapse after 13th April 2019.

GAMEPLAY GUIDE – PLAY & WIN

1. Login to participate in Play & Win
2. The module features a central button ‘Start’ that must be clicked.
3. One of the surrounding boxes featuring the prizes will light up in response.
4. Winning Mi account ids (masked), along with the details of the prizes won, will be announced on the platform during the game period.
5. You will have 2 chances initially on to win prizes and coupons.
6. Please note that if you have won a prize in your first attempt, you will win no more prizes during the day.
7. You can obtain an extra chance after waiting for 15 minutes.
8. If your chances are exhausted, you can play again the next day.
9. You can play this game between 10:00AM and 2:00PM on 4th, 5th and 6th April 2019.

HOW TO REDEEM YOUR PRIZES:

2. Coupons will be available on your mi account page to claim immediately after winning the coupon. You can then redeem your coupons on mi store. Each coupon will be valid from 12:00PM April 4th to 23:59PM April 13th 2019.
3. All unused/unredeemed coupons will lapse after 13th April 2019.

TIKTOK CHALLENGE T&C

• The TikTok x MiFanFestival contest (the “contest”) is operated and promoted by musical.ly Inc. (the "promoter").
• To participate in the contest you must submit your contest entry using the TikTok mobile application (collectively, the "app" and the “entry”) between 0:01AM on April 1st, 2019 and 23:59PM on April 6th, 2019 (the “contest period”).
• There is no purchase or entrance fee of any kind required to enter or win the contest.

• All entries must be submitted via the app and tagged with the specified hashtag #MiFanFestival. All entries must also meet the following criteria:
  A. Entries must be no longer than 15 seconds in length.
  B. Entries must be original, exclusively created and owned by entrant, the entrant must have all rights necessary to post the video and submit the entry, including written permission from anyone shown in the video, and entries must not previously have been publicly available or used in any other promotion or contest.
  C. Entries may not contain images of any individuals who are under 18 years of age or who have not provided their authorisation. By submitting an image of any individual under the age of 18, you represent that you have received permission from such minor’s parent or legal guardian to include such minor’s image.
  D. All content of entries must have been produced in a safe and responsible manner, having due regard for the physical, mental and moral effects to all individuals involved.
  E. Participants must have no connection to the promoter, or any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfilment agencies, including through employment and through employment of any family member.
  F. Entries must not contain material that is obscene, defamatory, libellous, threatening, pornographic, racially or ethnically offensive, unlawful, or encourages conduct that would be considered a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability, or violate any law. Entries must be appropriate for viewing by the general public; appropriateness will be determined by promoter.
  G. One (1) entry per person. Multiple entries will be void and the entrant disqualified.
  

• Promoter reserves the right to reject any entry breaching the official. All requested entry information must be completed at the time of submission via the app.

• Each entrant must be a current legal resident of the India, who is at least 18 years of age for the duration of the contest period.
• The top 1,000 winner(s) in India (as determined by the promoter in accordance with these official rules), will receive one F-code for one Redmi Note 7 phone.

In the event that the promoter cannot for any reason contact the prize winner within twenty four (24) hours of first attempting to do so, the promoter reserves the right to select another winner (and so on), who will be selected applying the same criteria as that used to select the original winner.
• By participating, entrants agree to these official rules and the determination of winners as described above, and the promoter's decision shall be final and binding in all respects. Entry in the contest and acceptance of any prize constitutes permission to use entrant’s name in publicity materials, without further compensation, except where prohibited by law and as otherwise provided herein.
• By registering for the contest and/or submitting an entry, each participant is providing his/her personal data to the promoter. The personal data an entrant provides will be used exclusively by the promoter for the administration of the contest and (if he/she agrees) to be contacted regarding future competitions and events of the promoter. By participating in the contest, each entrant grants to promoter a non-exclusive, worldwide, fully paid, royalty-free, transferable license, for the maximum duration of intellectual property rights afforded under applicable law, to reprint, display, reproduce, perform, use, and exhibit (including the right to make derivative works of) the entry and materials and information submitted on and in connection with the contest or use or receipt of the prize for any and all purposes in any medium.
• Each participating entrant hereby warrants that any entry and other materials and information provided by entrant are original and do not violate or infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, rights of privacy, publicity, moral rights or other intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity, and do not violate any rules or regulations. If the entry or information or materials provided by entrant contain any material or elements that are not owned by entrant and/or which are subject to the rights of third parties, entrant represents he or she has obtained, prior to submission of the entry and information or materials, any and all releases and consents necessary to permit use and exploitation of the entry and information and materials by promoter in the manner set forth in the official rules without additional compensation.
• Each entrant warrants that the entry and materials and information provided do not contain information considered by entrant, its employees or personnel, or any other third party to be confidential, and that the entry, materials and information provided do not violate any laws or regulations. Entrant agrees that promoter has the right to verify the ownership and originality of all entries and that, upon promoter’s request, entrant must submit a written copy of any release or permission entrant has received from a third party granting entrant the right to use such property. • The winner of the prize is responsible for all applicable taxes and expenses not specified in the prize description.
• By participating in this contest, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the promoter. The promoter is not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by the user or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this contest or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the online entries in this contest.
• The promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any entrant that tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the contest or TikTok website; violates the official rules; or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the contest may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, promoter reserves the right to seek damages from any such person and entrant to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• Promoter's failure to enforce any term of these official rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest if it is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other problems beyond the control of the promoter and award the prize from among all eligible online entries received prior to cancellation.
• The promoter does not exclude or limit its liability for personal injury or death caused by its negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that may not, by law, be limited or excluded.
• To the extent permitted by local law, the promoter accepts no liability in relation to an entrant's participation (or inability to participate) in this contest, including without limitation any use made by any of the winners of (or inability to use) their respective prizes. Without prejudice to that general exclusion, the promoter will not be liable for any loss of income, profits, sales or damage to reputation, incurred by any entrant.
• Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this contest, each entrant agrees that (i) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with the contest, or any prize awarded and the enforceability of these official rules, shall be governed by laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
• However, this clause shall not deprive the entrant from benefiting from the mandatory provisions of the law of his/her country of residence or bringing any action in front of the competent courts of their country of residence.

REFERRAL SCHEME TERMS

• The promoter of this referral scheme ("Referral Scheme") is musical.ly Inc. (TikTok, we, us and our).
• The referral scheme is open to existing TikTok app users who are over 18 and who are resident in India (excluding anyone referred to in section 3), who, during the operation of the referral scheme, make an eligible referral to TikTok of a new user of the TikTok app, in accordance with these terms.
• The referral scheme is not open to employees of Xiaomi and TikTok (and any purported referrals from any of the following shall not be eligible for the purposes of the referral scheme)].
• The referral scheme is only available until 23th March - 6th April ("availability period") unless we amend or withdraw the referral scheme in accordance with these terms.
• To be eligible to receive a voucher (as defined in section 7 below) under the referral scheme, the new user referred to TikTok must:
  i. Not be an existing user of the TikTok app
  ii. Have not been previously referred to TikTok
  iii. Be an individual aged 18 and over; and
  iv. Download and sign up to use the TikTok app within 7 days of expiry of the availability period.
• You can refer up to two (2) individuals during the availability period. To refer an individual under the referral scheme you must be a TikTok app user. . Each new referred user may only be referred by one existing TikTok app user. In the event that a new user is referred by more than one existing TikTok app user, only the TikTok app user who first referred the new user during the availability period will receive a voucher, subject to these terms.

• Applicable on all accessories. These coupons are valid across all accessories and not applicable on TV and phone models.
• These coupons can be used on M-site, app and PC.
• Discount coupons are available in limited quantity and will be available on first come basis
• Mi tokens once redeemed cannot be refunded back under any circumstances.
• Other offers can also be clubbed with this discount offer as applicable.

F-CODES

• All Mi VIP club members will be allowed to redeem their mi tokens for their desired f-codes from 4th April 00:01AM to 6th April 23:59PM.
• Once the user redeems their mi tokens for these specific f-codes, it assures them that they will get their desired product for which they have redeemed their Mi tokens to get the F-codes. The F-codes received from this section will be valid from 4th April 00:01AM to 6th April 23:59PM.

• Number of Mi tokens required to redeem F-codes will be mentioned under the same section. User(s) are advised to use these F-codes during MFF sale days.

Terms and Conditions

1. You acknowledge and agree that your participation in this Event is subject to these terms and conditions (‘Terms’) and you agree to be bound by the same.

2. For the purpose of these Terms, wherever the context so requires, “you” or “user” shall mean any natural or legal person who has agreed to participate in the sales, games and any other engagement. The term “Xiaomi”, “we”, “us”, “our” shall mean Xiaomi and its affiliates.

3. Participation in this event is open to only those users of the Platform who: (i) Can form legally binding contracts under Indian Contract Act, 1872. Persons who are “incompetent to contract” within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 including minors, un-discharged insolvents etc. are not eligible to use the Platform. If you are a minor i.e. under the age of 18 years, you shall not transact on or use the Platform. As a minor if you wish to use or transact on the Platform, such use or transaction may be made by your legal guardian or parents on the Platform. Xiaomi reserves the right to refuse to provide You with access to the Platform if it is brought to Xiaomi's notice or if it is discovered that you are under the age of 18 years; (ii) have a valid and existing Mi account; and (iii) are residing in India.

4. Employees of Xiaomi and its affiliates, their immediate family members (spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren), and employees of Xiaomi’s advertising agencies and Game partners are not eligible to participate in this Game.

5. Conducting games and is prohibited in the state of Tamil Nadu and thus, users residing in the state of Tamil Nadu are not eligible to participate in Fun & Furious or Play & Win.

6. Providing consent to Correspondence Information Processing: (i) You will not be required to share any information with Xiaomi except where you win a coupon, in which case you will have to share your email ID and mobile (“Correspondence Information”). No information other than the Correspondence Information shall be furnished by you to Xiaomi and Xiaomi assumes or undertakes no liability for any loss or damage suffered as a result of the use or misuse of such information. (ii) Xiaomi shall collect and store your Correspondence Information to: (a) comply with Xiaomi’s obligations under law; and (b) deliver the coupons to you in accordance with these Terms. (iii) Xiaomi does not for any reason whatsoever sell your Correspondence Information to any third party. (iv) Xiaomi will delete the Correspondence Information upon fulfilling its obligations under these Terms.

7. No Cheating Cheating ruins the activity experience for legitimate users and will not be tolerated. 8. Miscellaneous (i) Use/access of the Platform is subject to the terms of use and privacy policy of the Platform, and the redemption of the coupons on Mi Store is subject to the terms of use and privacy policies of Mi Store. (ii) Xiaomi reserves the right of final decision on the interpretation of these Terms in the event of any Users finding them unclear. (iii) Xiaomi may disqualify users, at its sole discretion, if it is found that they are in violation of these Terms, the terms of use and privacy policies of the Platform and Mi Store, or any applicable law. (iv) All correspondence related to the games will be made by Xiaomi through its email ID service.in@xiaomi.com only. (v) You shall indemnify and hold harmless Xiaomi and its officers, directors, agents, and employees, from any claim or demand, or actions including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party or penalty imposed due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms. (vi) Xiaomi shall not be liable for any loss or damage due to act of God, governmental actions, force majeure circumstances, or any other reason beyond its control, and shall not be liable to pay any monetary compensation or otherwise for the same. (vii) IN NO EVENT SHALL XIAOMI BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS, EVEN IF XIAOMI HAS BEEN INFORMED IN ADVANCE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. To the maximum extent that is permissible under law, Xiaomi’s liability shall be limited to INR 1000. (viii) Xiaomi reserves the right at its sole discretion to withdraw, cancel, amend, or modify any part of or the entire Game at any time without any notice and Xiaomi will have no liability in relation thereto. (ix) In case of unforeseen circumstances that result in a prize being affected, Xiaomi reserves the right to replace the offered prize with another prize of similar. (x) Coupons are not exchangeable for other rewards, or refundable, replaceable or transferable for cash or credit under any circumstances. (xi) These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the sole jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore, India.
