Offer Terms and Conditions

1. This marketing program (“Offer”) is from ICICI Bank Limited (“Bank”) under an arrangement with M/s Xiaomi Technology India Private Limited (“Xiaomi”), and is open to all persons competent to contract in India holding a valid and current ICICI Bank Credit Card(“ICICI Bank Cardholder”).

2. Offer:
   Discount of Rupees Two Thousand only (INR 2000) (“Discount”) to each Customer purchasing the Eligible Products through the Online Channels using an his/her ICICI Bank credit card and credit card EMI scheme.

3. Eligible Products: All variants of the Mi 10i smartphone purchased from the Authorized Channels

4. Offer Period: 5 January 2021 00:00 hours to 21 Feb 2021 23:59:59 hours.
5. Minimum Transaction Amount: Rupees Twenty Thousand (INR 20,000/-) using a valid ICICI Bank credit card or under a ICICI Bank credit card EMI scheme, as applicable.
6. The purchases can be made via:
   www.mi.com, the related mobile website and mobile application (“Mi Authorized Channel”);
7. Customers holding an Amazon Pay ICICI Bank credit card will not be eligible to avail the discount on Flipkart Authorised Channel.
8. Offer is not applicable on card on delivery transactions.
9. Offer not applicable on net banking transactions. .

Other Terms and Conditions:

1. The above Offer is by way of a special offer for ICICI Bank Cardholders only.
2. The Offer can be availed only once per ICICI Bank card per Authorized Channel listed above.
3. The Offer cannot be combined with any other offer.
4. Any person availing this Offer shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
5. This Offer is valid for Indian residents and citizens only.
6. Delinquent and over-limit ICICI Bank Cardholders will not qualify for this promotion.
7. This Offer is non-encashable, non-extendable and non-negotiable.
8. If an ICICI Bank Cardholder has more than 1 (one) ICICI Bank Credit Card, spends on the cards cannot be clubbed by the card member in order to qualify for the said Offer.
9. In case, the ICICI Bank Cardholder holds more than 1(one) Credit Card with the Bank; the ICICI Bank Cardholder would need to call up the Bank’s customer call centre and confirm which card(s) the said Offer may be availed for.s
10. Any query regarding the Offer will be entertained only till 28 February 2021 (23:59:59 hours). Any issue with the Offer will only be entertained only till 30 April 2021 (23:59:59 hours). Post such dates, the Bank and Xiaomi will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Offer from any persons.
11. All the existing offers, gifts, discounts etc. that are being offered can be availed by the ICICI Bank Cardholders as part of this exclusive offer as mentioned in the communication.
12. Pictures of products shown in the communication sent to the customer either through mailers or advertised on the website, are representative only and may not bear a resemblance to the actual products. None of the parties shall under any circumstances be responsible towards the same.
13. Returned transactions, disputed or unauthorized/fraudulent transactions will not be considered for the Offer.
14. All government levies and taxes shall be payable by the ICICI Bank Cardholder as applicable at the time the Offer is availed.
15. ICICI Bank Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in the Offer. Any such participation is voluntary.
16. This Offer shall be subject to all applicable laws, rules and regulations which are in existence and which may be promulgated anytime by any statutory authority.
17. Bank and Xiaomi reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
18. Any disputes arising out of the Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore.
