This marketing program (“Offer”) is from HDFC Bank Limited (“HDFC”) under an arrangement with Xiaomi Technology India Private Limited (“Xiaomi”).

1. ELIGIBLE CUSTOMERS: HDFC debit and credit card holders are referred to as “Cardholders”. Cardholders who purchase the Eligible Products from Mi Authorised Channel during the concerned Offer Period and meet the conditions set out under this Offer Terms and Conditions are referred to as “Customers”.

2. OFFER: Following discount (each a “Discount”) to each Cardholder on purchase of the concerned Eligible Product through Mi Authorised Channel (as defined below) during the concerned Offer Period.

OFFER PERIOD: 7th June 2022 12:00:00 hours to 30th June 2022 23:59:59 hours

1. ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS: All variants of the products listed at Clause 2 purchased during the concerned Offer Period from the Mi Authorised Channel. Each variant of the product listed at Clause 2 is referred to individually as an “Eligible Product”, and collectively as the “Eligible Products”.

2. MINIMUM TRANSACTION AMOUNT: To avail the Discount on an Eligible Product during the concerned Offer Period, a Cardholder’s transaction using his/her HDFC credit card full swipe or under a debit/credit card EMI scheme must be for the minimum amount identified and set out in Clause 2 above (each a “Minimum Transaction Amount”).

3. MI AUTHORISED CHANNEL: www.mi.com, the related mobile website and mobile application

Other Terms and Conditions:

1. The above Offer is by way of a special offer for Cardholders only.
2. The Offer can be availed only once per HDFC card during the Offer Periods, irrespective of the number of products purchased.
3. Any person participating in the Offer: a. must be an Indian citizen and resident; b. must be able to enter into legally binding contracts under Indian Contract Act, 1872; c. must hold a valid and unexpired card issued by HDFC; d. must purchase an Eligible Product; e. must possess proof of age, identity and place of residence.
4. Offer is not applicable on cash on delivery transactions or on net banking transactions.
5. The Offer cannot be combined with any other offer.
6. Any person availing this Offer shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
7. Delinquent and over-limit Cardholders will not qualify for this Offer.
8. This Offer is non-encashable, non-extendable and non-negotiable.
9. If a Cardholder has more than 1 (one) HDFC card, spends on the cards cannot be clubbed by the card member in order to qualify for the said Offer.
10. Any query regarding the Offer will be entertained only until 07 May 2022 for the First Offer and till 07 July 2022 for the Second Offer. Post such dates, HDFC and Xiaomi will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Offer from any person.
11. Pictures of products shown in the communication sent to the customers either through mailers or advertised on the website, are representative only and may not bear a resemblance to the actual products. Neither of the Parties shall, under any circumstances, be responsible towards the same.
12. Returned transactions, disputed or unauthorized/fraudulent transactions will not be considered for the Offer.
13. All government levies and taxes shall be payable by the Customers as applicable at the time the Offer is availed.
14. Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in the Offer. Any such participation is voluntary.
15. This Offer shall be subject to all applicable laws, rules and regulations which are in existence and which may be promulgated anytime by any statutory authority.
16. Xiaomi reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
17. Any disputes arising out of the Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore.
