This marketing program (“Offer”) is from HDFC Bank Limited (“Bank”) under an arrangement with Xiaomi Technology India Private Limited (“Xiaomi”) and is open to all persons competent to contract in India, holding a valid and current HDFC Bank credit card card (“Cardholder”) and who meet the eligibility criteria set out in these Offer terms and conditions (“Customers”).

• ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS: All variants of Redmi Note 10 Pro Max purchased from the Authorised Channels during the Offer Period.

Following discount (each an Discount”) to each Cardholder purchasing the concerned Eligible Product through the Authorised Channels (as defined below) during the Offer Period:

• MINIMUM TRANSACTION AMOUNT

To avail the Discount/Cashback on an Eligible Product during the Offer Period, a Cardholder’s transaction using his/her HDFC Bank credit card or under an HDFC Bank credit card EMI scheme must be for the minimum amounts identified and set out in Clause 3 above (“Minimum Transaction Amount”).

Other Terms and Conditions:

1. The above Offer is by way of a special offer for Cardholders only.
2. The Offer can be availed only once per HDFC Bank card by each Cardholder during the Offer Period, irrespective of the number of products purchased.
3. The Offer is not applicable on cash on delivery transactions.
4. The Offer not applicable on net banking transactions.
5. Any person participating in the Offer:
   a. must be an Indian citizen and resident;
   b. must be able to enter into legally binding contracts under Indian Contract Act, 1872;
   c. must hold a valid and unexpired credit card card issued by the Bank;
   d. must purchase an Eligible Product;
   e. must possess proof of age, identity and place of residence.
   
6. The Offer cannot be combined with any other offer.
7. The Offer is valid until stocks last.
8. Any person availing this Offer shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
9. Delinquent and over-limit Cardholders will not qualify for this promotion.
10. This Offer is non-encashable, non-extendable and non-negotiable.
11. If a Cardholder has more than 1 (one) HDFC Bank card, spends on the cards cannot be clubbed by the card member in order to qualify for the said Offer.
12. Any query regarding the Offer will be entertained only till 07 July 2021 (23:59:59 hours) for Customers of the Online Channel. Post such dates, the Bank and Xiaomi will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Offer from any persons.
13. Pictures of products shown in the communication sent to the customer either through mailers or advertised on the website, are representative only and may not bear a resemblance to the actual products. None of the parties shall under any circumstances be responsible towards the same.
14. Returned transactions, disputed or unauthorized/fraudulent transactions will not be considered for the Offer.
15. All government levies and taxes shall be payable by the Cardholder as applicable at the time the Offer is availed.
16. Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in the Offer. Any such participation is voluntary.
17. This Offer shall be subject to all applicable laws, rules and regulations which are in existence and which may be promulgated anytime by any statutory authority.
18. Bank and Xiaomi reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
19. Any disputes arising out of the Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore.
