OFFER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This marketing program (“Offer”) is from Citibank N.A (“Citibank”) under an arrangement with Xiaomi Technology India Private Limited (“Xiaomi”), and is open to all persons competent to contract in India, holding a valid and current Citibank credit card or debit card (“Cardholder”) and who meet the eligibility criteria set out in these Offer terms and conditions (“Customers”).

OFFER:

• Discount of Ten percent (10%) on the price of an Eligible Product, subject to a maximum discount of Rupees One Thousand (INR 1000) to each Customer purchasing an Eligible Product through the Online Channel during the Offer Period using his/her Citibank debit card or credit card.

• Discount of Ten percent (10%) on the price of an Eligible Product, subject to a maximum discount of Rupees One Thousand Two Hundred and Fifty (INR 1250) to each Customer purchasing an Eligible Product through the Online Channel during the Offer Period under a Citibank credit card EMI scheme,

Each discount in this Clause is individually referred to as a “Discount” and collectively as “Discounts”.

• ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS: All variants of (i) Redmi 9i (ii) Redmi 9 (iii) Redmi 9 Power and (iv) Redmi Note 9 smartphones purchased from the Online Channel during the Offer Period. Each variant of the product set out herein is referred to individually as an “Eligible Product” and collectively as the “Eligible Products”, as the context may require.

• MINIMUM TRANSACTION AMOUNT: To avail the Discount on Eligible Products during the Offer Period, a Cardholder must carry out a transaction of a minimum amount of Indian Rupees Seven Thousand (INR 7,000) with his/her Citibank debit or credit card or under a credit card EMI scheme.

• ONLINE CHANNEL: www.mi.com, the related mobile website and mobile application.

• OFFER PERIOD: 09 June 2021 00:00 hours to 23 June 2021 23:59:59 hours.

• Offer is not applicable on cash on delivery transactions.

• Offer is not applicable on net banking and mobile banking transactions.

• For Citibank debit cardholders, the Offer is not available on debit card EMI transaction.

Other Terms and Conditions:

1. The above Offer is by way of a special offer for Cardholders only.
2. The Offer can be availed only once per Citibank card during the Offer Period.
3. Any person participating in the Offer:
   a. must be an Indian citizen and resident;
   b. must be able to enter into legally binding contracts under Indian Contract Act, 1872;
   c. must hold a valid and unexpired credit card or debit card issued by Citibank;
   d. must purchase an Eligible Product (s);
   e. must possess proof of age, identity and place of residence.
   
4. Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in the Offer. Any such participation is voluntary.
5. Offer valid till stock lasts The Offer cannot be combined with any other offer.
6. Any person availing the Offer shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
7. Delinquent and over-limit Cardholders will not qualify for this promotion.
8. The Offer is non-encashable, non-extendable and non-negotiable.
9. If a Cardholder has more than 1 (one) Citibank card, spends on the cards cannot be clubbed by the card member in order to qualify for the said Offer.
10. Any query regarding the Offer will be entertained only till 30 June 2021 (23:59:59 hours). Post such date, Citibank and Xiaomi will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding the Offer from any Customer.
11. Pictures of products shown in the communication sent to the customers either through mailers or advertised on the website, are representative only and may not bear a resemblance to the actual products. Neither of the Parties shall, under any circumstances, be responsible towards the same.
12. Returned transactions, disputed or unauthorized/fraudulent transactions will not be considered for the Offer.
13. All government levies and taxes shall be payable by the Customers as applicable at the time the Offer is availed.
14. The Offer shall be subject to all applicable laws, rules and regulations which are in existence and which may be promulgated anytime by any statutory authority.
15. Citibank and Xiaomi reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to the Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
16. Any disputes arising out of the Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore.
