Offer Terms and Conditions

This marketing program (“Offer”) is from Citibank N.A (“Bank”) under an arrangement with Xiaomi Technology India Private Limited (“Xiaomi”), and is open to all persons competent to contract in India, holding a valid and current Bank credit card or debit card (“Cardholder”) and who meet the eligibility criteria set out in these Offer terms and conditions (“Customers”).

• OFFER:

Following discount (each an “Discount”) to each Cardholder purchasing the concerned Eligible Product through the Online Channels (as defined below) during the Offer Period using his/her Bank debit or credit card or under a Bank credit card EMI scheme:

• ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS: All variants of the products set out under Clause 1 above and purchased from the Authorised Channels during the Offer Period are referred to collectively as the “Eligible Products” and individually as an “Eligible Product”.

• MINIMUM TRANSACTION AMOUNT: To avail the Discount/Cashback on an Eligible Product during the Offer Period, a Cardholder’s transaction using his/her Bank credit card or debit card or under a Bank credit card EMI scheme must be for the minimum amounts identified for each Eligible Product and set out in Clause 1 above (each a “Minimum Transaction Amount”).

• AUTHORISED CHANNEL : www.mi.com, the related mobile website and mobile application (“Mi Authorized Channel”)

• OFFER PERIOD: 05 June 2021 00:00 hours to 04 July 2021 23:59:59 hours.

Other Terms and Conditions:

1. The above Offer is by way of a special offer for Cardholders only.
2. Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in the Offer. Any such participation is voluntary.
3. The Offer can be availed only once per Bank card during the Offer Period.
   
4. Any person participating in the Offer:
   a. must be an Indian citizen and resident;
   b. must be able to enter into legally binding contracts under Indian Contract Act, 1872;
   c. must hold a valid and unexpired credit card or debit card issued by Bank;
   d. must purchase an Eligible Product (s); and
   e. must possess proof of age, identity and place of residence.
   
5. The Offer cannot be combined with any other offer.
6. Offer is not applicable on cash on delivery transactions.
7. Offer is not applicable on net banking and mobile banking transactions.
8. For Bank debit cardholders, the Offer is not available on debit card EMI transaction.
9. Any person availing the Offer shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
10. Delinquent and over-limit Cardholders will not qualify for this promotion.
11. The Offer is non-encashable, non-extendable and non-negotiable.
12. The Offer is not applicable on net banking transactions.
13. If a Cardholder has more than 1 (one) Bank card, spends on the cards cannot be clubbed by the card member in order to qualify for the said Offer.
14. Any query regarding the Offer will be entertained only till 12 July 2021 (23:59:59 hours) for Customers of the Online Channel. Post such date, Bank and Xiaomi will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding the Offer from any persons.
15. Pictures of products shown in the communication sent to the customers either through mailers or advertised on the website, are representative only and may not bear a resemblance to the actual products. Neither of the Parties shall, under any circumstances, be responsible towards the same.
16. Returned transactions, disputed or unauthorized/fraudulent transactions will not be considered for the Offer.
17. Offer is valid only until stock lasts.
18. All government levies and taxes shall be payable by the Customers as applicable at the time the Offer is availed.
19. The Offer shall be subject to all applicable laws, rules and regulations which are in existence and which may be promulgated anytime by any statutory authority.
20. Bank and Xiaomi reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to the Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
21. Any disputes arising out of the Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore.
