This marketing program (“Offer”) is from Bank of Baroda (“Bank of Baroda”) under an arrangement with Xiaomi Technology India Private Limited (“Xiaomi”).

ELIGIBLE CUSTOMERS: Bank of Baroda debit card holders, referred to as “Cardholders”. who purchase an Eligible Product under the concerned Offers and meet the conditions set out here are referred to as “Customers”.
OFFER PERIOD: 17 October 2022 00:00 hours to 23 October, 2022 23:59:59 hours.

All products listed at Clause 4B shall be individually referred to as an “Eligible Product” and collectively as “Eligible Products”.
Discount of ten (10%) percent, subject to a maximum discount of INR 5000 (Rupees Five Thousand) to each Cardholder for purchases made on the Mi Authorised Channel (defined below) during the Offer Period using their debit card.

Following discounts (each a “Discount”) provided to each Cardholder purchasing the concerned Eligible Product on the Mi Authorised Channel (as defined below) during the Offer Period using a Bank of Baroda debit card.

MINIMUM TRANSACTION AMOUNT:
For First Offer: To avail the Discount as part of the First Offer, during the Offer Period, a Cardholder’s transaction using his/her Bank of Baroda debit card, must be for a minimum value of INR 6,000 (Rupees Six Thousand).
For Second Offer: To avail the Discount on the Eligible Products during the Second Offer, during the Offer Period, a Cardholder’s transaction using his/her Bank of Baroda debit card must be for a minimum transaction amount set out in Clause 4B above.

Other Terms and Conditions:

The above Offer is by way of a special offer for Cardholders only.
The Offer can be availed only once per Bank of Baroda Debit card by each Cardholder during the Offer Period, irrespective of the number of products purchased.
The Offer is not applicable on cash on delivery transactions.
The Offer is not applicable on net banking/UPI transactions.
Any person participating in the Offer:
1. must be an Indian citizen and resident;
2. must be able to enter into legally binding contracts under Indian Contract Act, 1872;
3. must hold a valid and unexpired debit card issued by Bank of Baroda;
4. must purchase an Eligible Product;
5. must possess proof of age, identity and place of residence.
The Offer cannot be combined with any other offer.
The Offer is valid until stocks last.
Any person availing this Offer shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
Delinquent and over-limit Cardholders will not qualify for this Offer.
This Offer is non-encashable, non-extendable and non-negotiable.
If a Cardholder has more than 1 (one) Bank of Baroda card, spends on the cards cannot be clubbed by the card member in order to qualify for the said Offer.
Any query regarding the Offer will be entertained only till 1 November, 2022. Post such dates, Bank of Baroda and Xiaomi will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Offer from any persons.
Pictures of products shown in the communication sent to the customer either through mailers or advertised on the website, are representative only and may not bear a resemblance to the actual products. None of the parties shall under any circumstances be responsible towards the same.
Returned transactions, disputed or unauthorized/fraudulent transactions will not be considered for the Offer.
All government levies and taxes shall be payable by the Cardholder as applicable at the time the Offer is availed.
Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in the Offer. Any such participation is voluntary.
This Offer shall be subject to all applicable laws, rules and regulations which are in existence and which may be promulgated anytime by any statutory authority.
Bank of Baroda and/or Xiaomi reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
Bank of Baroda does not endorse any of the products or brands being offered under the Offer and will not accept any liability pertaining to the quality, delivery or after sales service of such products which shall be at the sole liability to Xiaomi.
Under no circumstance will the Offer be settled with cash in any form or exchange by Bank of Baroda or by Xiaomi.
Any disputes arising out of the Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore.
