OFFER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This marketing program (“Offer”) is from BoB Financial Solutions Limited (formerly known as ‘BoB cards Limited’) (“BFSL”) under an arrangement with Xiaomi Technology India Private Limited (“Xiaomi”).

1. ELIGIBLE CUSTOMERS: BFSL credit card holders are referred to as “Cardholders”. Cardholders who purchase Eligible Products from one of the Authorised Channel (as defined below) during the Offer Period and meet the conditions set out under Annexure I to this Offer Terms are referred to as “Customers”.

2. OFFERS:

First Offer:

i. Discount of Ten percent (10%) on the price of any product listed on the Authorised Channel with list price not less than INR 7999, subject to a maximum discount of Rupees One Thousand (INR 1000) to each Customer on purchase of the Eligible Products through the Authorised Channel during the Offer Period using his/her BFSL credit card.

ii. Discount of Ten percent (10%) on the price of any product listed on the Authorised Channel with list price not less than INR 7999, subject to a maximum discount of Rupees One Thousand Five hundred (INR 1500) to each Customer on purchase of the Eligible Products through the Authorised Channel during the Offer Period under his/her BFSL credit card EMI

Note: The First Offer is not available on the Eligible Products listed under Second Offer

Second Offer: i. Following discount (each a “Discount”) to each Customer on purchase of an Eligible Product through Authorised Channel (as defined below) during the Offer Period.

1. OFFER PERIOD: 03 August 2022 00:00:00 hours to 15 August 2022 23:59:59 hours

2. ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS: All variants of the products listed at Clause 2 purchased as part of the concerned Offer from the Authorised Channel are referred to collectively as the “Eligible Products” and individually as an “Eligible Product”.

3. MINIMUM TRANSACTION AMOUNT:

i. To avail the Discount on an Eligible Product during the First Offer, a Cardholder’s transaction using his/her BFSL credit card or under a credit card EMI scheme must be for the minimum amount of Indian Rupees Seven Thousand Nine Hundred and Ninety Nine (INR 7999).

ii. To avail the Discount on an Eligible Product during the Second Offer, a Cardholder’s transaction using his/her BFSL credit card or under a credit card EMI scheme must be for the minimum amount identified and set out in Clause 2 above (each a “Minimum Transaction Amount”).

Other Terms and Conditions:

1. The above Offer is by way of a special offer for Cardholders only.
2. The Offer can be availed only once per BFSL card during the Offer Period, irrespective of the number of products purchased.
3. Any person participating in the Offer: a. must be an Indian citizen and resident; b. must be able to enter into legally binding contracts under Indian Contract Act, 1872; c. must hold a valid and unexpired credit card issued by BFSL; d. must purchase an Eligible Product; e. must possess proof of age, identity and place of residence.
4. Offer is not applicable on cash on delivery transactions, on net banking transactions or on debit card transactions.
5. The Offer cannot be combined with any other offer.
6. Any person availing this Offer shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
7. Delinquent and over-limit Cardholders will not qualify for this Offer.
8. This Offer is non-encashable, non-extendable and non-negotiable.
9. If a Cardholder has more than 1 (one) BFSL card, spends on the cards cannot be clubbed by the card member in order to qualify for the said Offer.
10. Any query regarding the Offer will be entertained only till 18 August 2022 (23:59:59 hours). Post such date, neither BFSL nor Xiaomi will entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Offer from any persons.
11. In case of any queries/complaints relating to the Offer and/or the cards, Cardholders or Customers can reach out to BFSL customer care. For any queries relating to the Eligible Products, Customers can reach out to Xiaomi customer care.
12. Pictures of products shown in the communication sent to the customers either through mailers or advertised on the website, are representative only and may not bear a resemblance to the actual products. Neither of the Parties shall, under any circumstances, be responsible towards the same.
13. Returned transactions, disputed or unauthorized/fraudulent transactions will not be considered for the Offer.
14. All government levies and taxes shall be payable by the Customers as applicable at the time the Offer is availed.
15. Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in the Offer. Any such participation is voluntary.
16. This Offer shall be subject to all applicable laws, rules and regulations which are in existence and which may be promulgated anytime by any statutory authority.
17. Bank of Baroda and Xiaomi reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
18. Any disputes arising out of the Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore.
