Offer Terms and Conditions

1. This marketing program (“Offer”) is from Axis Bank Limited (“Bank”) under an arrangement with Xiaomi Technology India Private Limited (“Xiaomi”), and is open to all persons competent to contract in India holding a valid and current Axis Bank Credit Card and Debit Card (“Axis Bank Cardholder”).
   
   

2. Offer: Discount of Ten (10) percent on the price of the Eligible Products, subject to a maximum discount of INR 1000 (Rupees One Thousand only) to each Customer purchasing the Eligible Products through the Authorised Channel using an Axis Bank credit card or Axis Bank debit card or Discount of Ten (10) percent on the price of the Eligible Products, subject to a maximum discount of INR 1250 (Rupees One Thousand Two Hundred and Fifty only) (each a “Discount”) to each Customer purchasing the Eligible Products through the Authorised Channel under an Axis Bank credit card EMI scheme.
   
   

3. Eligible Products: List of products purchased from the Authorised Channel (as defined below).
   
   Mi TVs, Laptops, Mi Air Purifier 3, Mi Robot Vacuum-Mop P, Mi Smart Water Purifier(RO+UV)

1. Offer Period: 19 January 2021 00:00 hours to 24 January 2021 23:59:59 hours
   
   

2. Minimum Transaction Amount: Rupees Nine Thousand (INR 9,000/-) using a valid Axis Bank credit card or debit card or under an Axis Bank credit card EMI scheme, as applicable.
   
   

3. The purchases can be made via www.mi.com, the related mobile website and mobile application (“Authorized Channel”)
   
   

4. Offer is not applicable on card on delivery transactions.
   
   

5. Offer is not applicable on net banking transactions.

Other Terms and Conditions:

1. The above Offer is by way of a special offer for Axis Bank Cardholders only.
2. The Offer can be availed only once per Axis Bank card per Authorized Channel listed above.
3. The Offer cannot be combined with any other offer.
4. Any person availing this Offer shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
5. This Offer is valid for Indian residents and citizens only.
6. Delinquent and over-limit Axis Bank Cardholders will not qualify for this promotion.
7. This Offer is non-encashable, non-extendable and non-negotiable.
8. If an Axis Bank Cardholder has more than 1 (one) Axis Bank card, spends on the cards cannot be clubbed by the card member in order to qualify for the said Offer.
9. In case, the Axis Bank Cardholder holds more than 1(one) Credit Card with the Bank; the Axis Bank Cardholder would need to call up the Bank’s customer call centre and confirm which card(s) the said Offer may be availed for.s
10. Any query regarding the Offer will be entertained only till 24 January 2021(23:59:59 hours). Any issue with the Offer will only be entertained only till 30 April 2021 (23:59:59 hours). Post such dates, the Bank and Xiaomi will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Offer from any persons.
11. Pictures of products shown in the communication sent to the customer either through mailers or advertised on the website, are representative only and may not bear a resemblance to the actual products. None of the parties shall under any circumstances be responsible towards the same.
12. Returned transactions, disputed or unauthorized/fraudulent transactions will not be considered for the Offer.
13. All government levies and taxes shall be payable by the Axis Bank Cardholder as applicable at the time the Offer is availed.
14. Axis Bank Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in the Offer. Any such participation is voluntary.
15. This Offer shall be subject to all applicable laws, rules and regulations which are in existence and which may be promulgated anytime by any statutory authority.
16. Bank and Xiaomi reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
17. Any disputes arising out of the Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore.
