OFFER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This marketing program (“Offer”) is from Axis Bank Limited (“Bank”) under an arrangement with Xiaomi Technology India Private Limited (“Xiaomi”), and is open to all persons competent to contract in India, holding a valid and current Axis Bank credit card or debit card (“Cardholder”) and who meet the eligibility criteria set out in these Offer terms and conditions (“Customers”).

• OFFER: Discount as per ANNEXURE II to a Customer on purchase of each Eligible Product (as defined below) made through the Online Channels (as defined below) using an Axis Bank credit or debit card or under an Axis Bank credit card Easy Monthly Instalment (EMI) scheme (“Discount”).

• ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS: All variants of the products set out under ANNEXURE II and purchased from the Authorised Channels during the Offer Period are referred to collectively as the “Eligible Products” and individually as an “Eligible Product”.

• MINIMUM TRANSACTION AMOUNT: To avail the Discount on an Eligible Product, a Cardholder must carry out a transaction of a minimum amount as set out in ANNEXURE II with his/her Axis Bank credit card or debit card or under an Axis Bank debit / credit card EMI scheme.

• AUTHORISED CHANNEL: www.mi.com, the related mobile website and mobile application (“Mi Authorized Channel”)

• OFFER PERIOD: 01 March 2021 00:00 hours to 15 March 2021 23:59:59 hours, 01 April 2021 00:00 hours to 15 April 2021 and 01 May 2021 00:00 hours to 15 May 2021 23:59:59 hours (“Offer Period”)

• Offer is not applicable on card on delivery transactions.

• Offer not applicable on net banking transactions.

Other Terms and Conditions:

1. The above Offer is by way of a special offer for Cardholders only.
2. The Offer can be availed only once per Axis Bank card per Authorized Channel.
3. Any person participating in the Offer:
   7.1.1.1. must be an Indian citizen and resident;
   7.1.1.2. must be able to enter into legally binding contracts under Indian Contract Act, 1872;
   7.1.1.3. must hold a valid and unexpired credit card or debit card issued by HDFC Bank;
   7.1.1.4. must purchase an Eligible Product;
   7.1.1.5. must possess proof of age, identity and place of residence.
   
4. Each Cardholder can participate only once in this Offer during the Offer Period, irrespective of the number of products purchased.
5. The Offer cannot be combined with any other offer.
6. Any person availing this Offer shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
7. Delinquent and over-limit Cardholders will not qualify for this promotion.
8. This Offer is non-encashable, non-extendable and non-negotiable.
9. If a Cardholder has more than 1 (one) Axis Bank card, spends on the cards cannot be clubbed by the card member in order to qualify for the said Offer.
10. Any query regarding the Offer will be entertained only till 21 May 2021 (23:59:59 hours). Any issue with the Offer will only be entertained only till 15 August 2021 (23:59:59 hours). Post such dates, the Bank and Xiaomi will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Offer from any persons.
11. Pictures of products shown in the communication sent to the customer either through mailers or advertised on the website, are representative only and may not bear a resemblance to the actual products. None of the parties shall under any circumstances be responsible towards the same.
12. Returned transactions, disputed or unauthorized/fraudulent transactions will not be considered for the Offer.
13. All government levies and taxes shall be payable by the Cardholder as applicable at the time the Offer is availed.
14. Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in the Offer. Any such participation is voluntary.
15. This Offer shall be subject to all applicable laws, rules and regulations which are in existence and which may be promulgated anytime by any statutory authority.
16. Bank and Xiaomi reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
17. Any disputes arising out of the Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore.
