OFFER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This marketing program (“Offer”) is from Axis Bank Limited (“Bank”) under an arrangement with Xiaomi Technology India Private Limited (“Xiaomi”), and is open to all persons competent to contract in India, holding a valid and current Axis Bank credit card or debit card (“Cardholder”) and who meet the eligibility criteria set out in these Offer terms and conditions (“Customers”).

• OFFER:

1.1 Discount of Indian Rupees Five Hundred (INR 500) on the price of a 32" TV (as defined below) to each Customer on purchase of a 32" TV through the Online Channel using an Axis Bank credit or debit card or under an Axis Bank credit card EMI scheme;

1.2. Discount of Indian Rupees One Thousand Hundred (INR 1000) on the price of a TV measuring 40" or more (as defined below) to each Customer on purchase of a TV measuring 40" or more through the Online Channel using an Axis Bank credit or debit card or under an Axis Bank credit card EMI scheme;

• ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS:

2.1. All variants of branded television measuring Thirty Two inches (32") TV (“32" TV”) and

2.2. All variants of television measuring Forty inches (40") or more than Forty inches (40") (TV measuring 40" or more”)

• AUTHORISED CHANNEL: www.mi.com, the related mobile website and mobile application (“Mi Authorized Channel”)

• OFFER PERIOD: 01 April 2021 00:00 hours to 30 April 2021 23:59:59 hours (“Offer Period”)

• MINIMUM TRANSACTION AMOUNT:

5.1. Rupees Twelve Thousand only (INR 12,000) using a valid Axis Bank credit card or debit card or under an Axis Bank credit card EMI scheme, as applicable, for purchase of a 32" TV.

5.2. Rupees Twenty Thousand only (INR 20,000) using a valid Axis Bank credit card or debit card or under an Axis Bank credit card EMI scheme, as applicable, for purchase of a TV measuring 40" or more.

Other Terms and Conditions:

1. The above Offer is by way of a special offer for Cardholders only.
2. The Offer can be availed only once per Axis Bank card during the Offer Period.
3. The Offer cannot be combined with any other offer.
4. Any person availing this Offer shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
5. This Offer is valid for Indian residents and citizens only.
6. Delinquent and over-limit Cardholders will not qualify for this promotion.
7. This Offer is non-encashable, non-extendable and non-negotiable.
8. This Offer is not applicable on card on delivery transactions.
9. This Offer is not applicable on net banking transactions.
10. If a Cardholder has more than 1 (one) Axis Bank card, spends on the cards cannot be clubbed by the card member in order to qualify for the said Offer.
11. Any query regarding the Offer will be entertained only till 07 May 2021 (23:59:59 hours). Any issue with the Offer will only be entertained only till 30 July 2021 (23:59:59 hours). Post such dates, the Bank and Xiaomi will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Offer from any persons.
12. Pictures of products shown in the communication sent to the customer either through mailers or advertised on the website, are representative only and may not bear a resemblance to the actual products. None of the parties shall under any circumstances be responsible towards the same.
13. Returned transactions, disputed or unauthorized/fraudulent transactions will not be considered for the Offer.
14. All government levies and taxes shall be payable by the Customers as applicable at the time the Offer is availed.
15. Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in the Offer. Any such participation is voluntary.
16. This Offer shall be subject to all applicable laws, rules and regulations which are in existence and which may be promulgated anytime by any statutory authority.
17. Bank and Xiaomi reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
18. Any disputes arising out of the Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore.
