Airtel call center agent will verify the serial number of the TV Purchased on call .
Post verification, customer will be eligible for the discounted offer. Agent will ask for KYC details of customer for service engineer installation purpose.
Airtel Representative will visit the customer premises, will do the installation & collect the payment from the customer.
