For the purpose of these terms and conditions, wherever the context so requires, "you" and "your" shall relate to any natural or legal person who has agreed to sell their used mobile devices (“Used Mobile Devices”) to Xiaomi in partial consideration of their purchase of a new mobile device from www.mi.com, the related mobile application and mobile website (collectively “mi.com” in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions of the ‘Mi Exchange’ program.
This offer will be valid from 3rd October, 2018 (00:00 hrs) to 9th October, 2018 (24:00 hrs).
All the coupons created for the value of your Used Mobile Device during the offer period will be topped up with Rupees Two Hundred only (INR 200/-).
The offer coupon can be applied on the purchase of any new device on which the Mi Exchange Program is available on mi.com. The discount equivalent to the coupon value will be provided on purchase of your new device.
You cannot claim the coupon amount or in case your order is cancelled, returned or refunded.
The coupons issued under this offer cannot be exchanged for cash consideration.
You must use the coupon during the offer duration within fourteen (14) days of the date of creation of the coupon under the Mi Exchange Program.
The coupon redemption rules, quality check (QC) process and other terms and conditions applicable for the Mi Exchange Program will be applicable for the exchange coupons issued under this offer as well.
All taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges payable in connection with the benefits accruing with respect to the Mi Exchange Program, the Used Mobile Devices and the new devices purchased shall be borne solely by the Customer.
Mi.com reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this offer, including extending, withdrawing or discontinuing the same without notice, at its sole discretion.
All disputes arising out of or in connection with this offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore.
