1. Introduction

This REDMI Note 15 Series Launch Event (“Campaign”) is organised by Xiaomi Technologies Malaysia Sdn Bhd [202101002126 (1402424-W)] ("Organiser" or "Xiaomi"). This Campaign will commence from 15 January 2026, 17:00 PM (GMT+8) to 28 February 2026, 11:59 PM (GMT +8) (“Campaign Period”) via our official Xiaomi website, Xiaomi Store and participating Xiaomi Authorised Dealers. Participant agrees to comply with terms and conditions stated herein ("Terms and Conditions") when participating in this Campaign. The scope of these Terms and Conditions is limited to Xiaomi's role of organizing this Campaign only. Xiaomi reserves the right to change, shorten or extend the Campaign and/or change the free gift(s) at its sole discretion without prior notice. Free gift(s) / actual promotions availability is subject to the respective participating Xiaomi Stores and Xiaomi Official Website.

2. Eligibility

This Campaign is open to all individuals who are residents in Malaysia, and aged 18 years old and above as of 15 January 2026 (“Participant(s)”).

3. Campaign Mechanism

This Campaign is divided into three (3) separate parts: -

(i) PART 1: REDMI Note 15 Pro Series Pre-order (15 January 2026 to 21 January 2026)

(a) Participants who pre-order the REDMI Note 15 Pro+ 5G and/or REDMI Note 15 Pro 5G from 15 January 2026, 17:00 PM (GMT+8) to 21 January 2026, 11:59 PM (GMT +8) via our official Xiaomi website, Xiaomi Store or Xiaomi Authorised Dealers shall be eligible in receiving selected free gift.

(b) Upon pre-ordering the REDMI Note 15 Pro Series from our official Xiaomi website and Xiaomi Store, Participants will be eligible to receive the free gifts as follows:

(c) For pre-orders or purchases from our Xiaomi Authorized Dealers, please note that the free gift may vary. Kindly check with the relevant Xiaomi Authorized Dealers before placing an order for the REDMI Note 15 Pro+ 5G and/or REDMI Note 15 Pro 5G.

(d) For Participants who pre-order the REDMI Note Pro Series via our official Xiaomi website, kindly visit the designated pick-up store for verification to complete the purchase of the pre-ordered REDMI Note Pro Series commencing from 22 January 2026, 00:00 AM (GMT+8) onwards.

(e) Each selected REDMI Note 15 Pro+ 5G and/or REDMI Note 15 Pro 5G (of the same serial number) purchased is entitled to one (1) unit of the corresponding free gift only.

(f) Organiser reserves all rights in its sole discretion, without prior notification, to substitute any gifts (or their component, if applicable) with one of equal or greater value. All free gifts are not exchangeable for cash or item and are non-transferable.

(g) For the REDMI Note 15 Pro+ 5G and/or REDMI Note 15 Pro 5G purchased, Participant(s) shall check on the official Xiaomi website for any latest changes to the terms of the warranty policy https://www.mi.com/my/support/warranty which can be updated from time to time by Xiaomi.

(h) Please note that all free gifts are not covered by the standard warranty of Xiaomi.

(i) All free gifts are available on a first-come-first-serve basis, while stocks last.

(j) All Value-Add Benefits shall be subject to and construed in accordance with the REDMI Note 15 Series Premium Services Terms & Conditions available at https://www.mi.com/my/support/policy/redminote15series-premium-service

(k) Organiser and/or Xiaomi assumes no liability or responsibility in respect to defect or deficiency of the free gift or the nature/consumption of the free gift and will not entertain any direct correspondence with anyone in this regard.

(ii) Part 2: REDMI Note 15 Pro Series Open Sale (22 January 2026 to 28 February 2026)

(a) Participants who purchased our REDMI Note 15 Pro+ 5G and/or REDMI Note 15 Pro 5G from 22 January 2026 to 28 February 2026 via our official Xiaomi website, Xiaomi Store or Xiaomi Authorised Dealers shall be eligible in receiving selected free gift.

(b) Upon purchasing the REDMI Note 15 Pro Series from our official Xiaomi website and Xiaomi Store, Participants will receive the free gifts as follows:

(a) Participants who purchased our REDMI Note 15 5G and REDMI Note 15 from 15 January 2026 17:00 PM (GMT+8) to 28 February 2026 11:59 PM (GMT +8) via our official Xiaomi website, Xiaomi Store or Xiaomi Authorised Dealers shall be eligible in receiving selected free gift.

(b) Upon purchasing the REDMI Note 15 Series from our official website and Xiaomi Store, Participants will receive the free gifts as follows:

4. Collection of Coupon

(i) During the Campaign Period from 15 January 2026, 17:00 PM (GMT+8) to 28 February 2026, 11:59 PM (GMT+8), Participants may collect a 10% discount coupon (capped at RM80) from the Campaign page

(ii) The 10% discount coupon is valid only for the purchase of REDMI Note 15 made on mi.com between 15 January 2026, 17:00 PM (GMT+8) to 28 February 2026, 23:59 PM (GMT+8) only.

(iii) The discount coupon is personal and non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and cannot be combined with other vouchers or promotions unless otherwise stated.

(iv) Xiaomi reserves the right to substitute or cancel the coupon at its sole discretion without prior notice.

(v) All coupons must be spent by 28 February 2026 and shall be valid for one time use only. Any coupon not redeemed by 28 February 2026 will automatically be forfeited and cease to have any effect.

5. Mi Points Exchange Coupon Promotion

(i) During the Campaign Period, from 17:00 PM (GMT+8) on 15 January 2026 to 23:59 PM (GMT+8) on 28 February 2026, Participants may exchange 800 Mi Points for a RM150 discount voucher for the REDMI Note 15 Series on mi.com only.

(ii) The RM150 voucher is valid only for purchases of the REDMI Note 15 Series on mi.com between 15 January 2026, 17:00 PM (GMT+8) to 28 February 2026 23:59 PM (GMT+8).

(iii) Each Participant can redeem the voucher only once.

(iv) The voucher is personal, non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and cannot be combined with other vouchers or promotions unless otherwise stated.

(v) All vouchers must be redeemed by 28 February 2026. Any voucher not redeemed by this date will automatically be forfeited and cease to have any effect.

(vi) Xiaomi reserves the right to amend, substitute, or cancel the promotion at its sole discretion without prior notice.

6. Xiaomi Trade-in Program

(i) Under this Xiaomi Trade-In Program, Participants will be entitled to trade-in their old devices at a trade-in value specified by our trade-in partner, CompAsia Sdn. Bhd. at selected locations. (ii) Participants who trade-in their old devices and purchase a REDMI Note 15 Pro Series shall be eligible to receive an additional instant rebate up to RM300. (iii) Each Malaysian identity card is limited to one trade-in per week. (iv) The value of the rebate shall be subject to the condition of the trade-in device. Terms and conditions apply.

7. 0% Interest Instalment Payment Policy

(i) The 0% interest instalment payment policy is available for purchases made at Xiaomi Stores, Xiaomi official website, Xiaomi Shopee official store, Xiaomi Lazada official store, and Xiaomi TikTok official shop.

(ii) The exact instalment amount and period may vary depending on the platform, and will be determined based on the purchase amount, platform-specific terms, and credit approval.

(iii) The availability of the instalment plan is also subject to promotional offers and updates from the respective platforms or stores. (iv) Participants should refer to the specific terms and conditions provided by their chosen platform or store regarding eligibility requirements, potential fees, and other related conditions.

8. General

(a) By participating in this Campaign, Participants agree to be bound by this Terms and Conditions and Organiser’s decisions are final and binding. Organiser’s decisions are final and there shall be no appeal entertained and/or allowed. Participants shall not resort to court proceedings to review Organiser’s decision.

(b) By providing the personal data, Participants indicates that he/she have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the Privacy Policy stated at https://www.mi.com/my/about/privacy. The Participants agrees that Organiser and/or Xiaomi and/or its agent and/or its third-party service providers may contact them by telephone, email or such other method in connection with this Campaign.

(c) Participants agrees and provides consent to the Organiser and/or Xiaomi to the use of any Personal Data as provided by the Participants for the purpose of participation in this Campaign in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010, to the extent that any personal data provided shall only be processed and be used by Organiser and/or Xiaomi for lawful purpose directly related to the running of this Campaign including but not limited to the purposes of promotional events, advertising, marketing and any administrative matters to facilitate the management and organizing of this Campaign.

(d) In the event that any prizes or free gifts are being given to the Participant(s)' having provided a false or mistaken identity or information, Xiaomi shall have the right to revoke the Participant’s eligibility for the said prizes or free gifts. All prize and gift images are for reference only. Prizes and gifts shown and/or represented for the running of this Campaign shall be subjected to availability. Prizes and gifts given are non-refundable.

(e) Recipients of prize and gift shall not substitute any prize or gift won or exchange the said prize or gift for money. Organiser reserves all rights in its sole discretion to substitute any prizes or gifts (or their component, if applicable) with one of equal or greater value. Organiser is responsible only for the delivery of the prizes or gifts and is not responsible for the condition, quality and fitness of the said prizes or gifts. Any imposition of taxes, fees, and any other costs associated with the acceptance and use of the prizes or gifts are the sole responsibility of the recipients.

(f) Participants shall accept the prizes, gifts or vouchers under this Campaign as they are. Organiser makes no representation, warranty or undertaking as to any implied terms and conditions with respect to the prizes, gifts or vouchers under this Campaign. Organiser assumes no liability or responsibility in respect to defect or deficiency of the prizes, gifts or vouchers or the nature/consumption of the prizes, gifts or vouchers and will not entertain any direct correspondence with anyone in this regard.

(g) By participating in this Campaign, Participant(s) agree to be bound by this Terms and Conditions and Xiaomi’s decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained. Xiaomi reserves the right to the final and ultimate interpretation of this Campaign.

(h) Xiaomi assumes no responsibility for late entries due to any reasons including, but not limited to, network transmission failure.

(i) Xiaomi shall not be responsible for any losses or damages directly or indirectly incurred by any party including the Participant(s) in connection or arising from acts or omissions or in any way related to this Campaign.

(j) The Participant(s) agrees to discharge and release Xiaomi from any liabilities and claims (including from breach of contract, tort, negligence or any other cause of actions at law or equity) arising out of or in any way connected to this Campaign or the Participant’s entry in this Campaign.

(k) The Participant(s) further agrees to discharge and release any third party which is related to and connected with this Campaign, including Facebook and other social media platform, from any liabilities and claims (including from breach of contract, tort, negligence, or any other cause of actions at law or equity) arising out of or in any way connected to this Campaign.

(l) Save where it is otherwise prohibited by the applicable laws, in no event shall Xiaomi be liable to any party including the Participant(s) for any claims relating to the Campaign and/or any activities operated by any authorized online and offline stores and any service providers appointed by them, nor shall Xiaomi be held responsible for any payment made by the Participant(s) to any authorized online and offline stores and any service providers appointed by them, or for the fulfilment of the sales transaction by such parties.

(m) By participating in this Campaign and any events therein, the Participant(s) agrees to indemnify and hold Xiaomi and Xiaomi Group of Companies, their officers, directors, shareholders, predecessors, successors in title, employees, agents and representatives harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liability, claims or expenses (including any legal fees), suffered or incurred by Xiaomi due to or in any way arising from this Campaign.

(n) If Participant(s) are discovered to be using or have used improper means to participate in this Campaign and any events therein, Xiaomi reserves the right to cancel the eligibility without notice including without hesitation, the commencement of legal proceedings under the full extent of the applicable laws.

(o) Where any Xiaomi product(s) purchased during the Campaign Period is returned to Xiaomi in accordance with its standard return policy, all free gifts received for the purchase must also be returned together with the Xiaomi product(s).

(p) Xiaomi reserves the right to modify or cancel the Terms and Conditions at any time without further notice. Participant(s) are encouraged to check the Terms and Conditions from time to time.

(q) This Campaign and the Terms and Conditions herein shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia.
