Xiaomi Drop-off Service

Conveniently located collection points are available for your faulty Xiaomi devices/machines. Our drop-off service enables hassle-free delivery to a nearby Xiaomi Service Center without the need for you to visit personally. Enjoy seamless after-sales service through the Xiaomi store, ensuring your machine is safely and reliably delivered to the nearest Xiaomi Service Center.

Drop off process flow:

  1. Please backup your device before sending it to the collection point. Kindly ensure the screen is unlocked and remove any memory card and/or SIM card.

  2. Visit a nearby Xiaomi Authorized Collection Point and provide the please provide us the following details: your name, contact number, serial number or IMEI, and a description of the device faults.

  3. The Xiaomi Authorized Collection Point will send your faulty device to the nearest exclusive Xiaomi Service Center for further inspection. If the device is out of warranty, the Xiaomi Service Center will contact you for repair confirmation.

  4. After the repair is completed, the Xiaomi Service Center will return the device to the designated Xiaomi Authorized Collection Point for your collection.

Terms of service

  1. By utilizing our drop-off repair service, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

  2. Xiaomi's drop-off collection points provide a convenient solution for customers to send in their faulty devices.

  3. This service is available for official Xiaomi products which are within Malaysia's warranty coverage, including smartphones, tablets, wearable devices, and AIOT products.

  4. This service is free of charge for in-warranty products. For out-of-warranty products, the relevant Xiaomi Service Center will inspect the faulty device and provide you with a repair estimate detailing the cost for completing the repair. You have the option to approve or decline the estimate.

  5. Please back up your data before sending your device for repair to prevent any data loss. We are not responsible for the backup process or any data damage/loss caused by the repairs.

  6. The service time from delivery to the return of your device may vary depending on your location.

  7. We will notify you once your device is repaired. Devices must be collected within 3 months of notification. Failure to collect your device within this timeframe may result in storage fees or disposal of your device.

  8. Any payment (if applicable) is due upon collection of your device.

  9. We shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages, loss of data, loss of profits, or damage to other equipment.

  12. The final interpretation of this service belongs to Xiaomi Technologies Malaysia Sdn Bhd.

  13. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Malaysia.
