(hereinafter referred to as the "T&C")

1. GENERAL

1.1. The activity provided for by these T&C is conducted under the name: “POCO Carnival 8th”（the ‘Activity’).

1.2. The Activity is organized by Mi Technologies Philippines Corporation, (the 'Organizer), with its registered office at 16th Floor, Ore Central Tower, 9th Avenue with 31st Street, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, 1634, Philippines.

1.3. Participation is voluntary and free of charge, except, for internet costs, wifi bills or any other connection related thereto.

1.4. In case of any questions regarding the Activity, the Participant is requested to contact the organizer via email address: mi-event@xiaomi.com.

1.5. By participating in the Activity, the Participant hereby accepts: (I) the Terms and Conditions of the Activity, as well as (II) the Terms and Conditions of the Organizer found here (https://www.mi.com/ph/support/terms/terms-of-use/) and (III) the Privacy Policy of the Organizer found here (https://www.mi.com/ph/about/privacy)

1.6. The Activity is independent of and is not in any manner sponsored, endorsed, or administered by third-party social media platforms, including but not limited to X (formerly twitter), Instagram, and Facebook，(Collectively as the 'Platforms'), which may be used in connection with the Activity. Participants hereby acknowledge, understand and agree to the terms of use, service, data privacy, sale and policies of third parties whose platforms are used in connection with the Activity. The Organizer recognized that Facebook is a trademark owned and registered by Meta Platforms. Furthermore, the Organizer is not liable and responsible for any acts or omission made by the Participants when using the said Platforms.

2. PLATFORM

2.1. This activity is hosted through mi.com/ph

2.2. The Activity is open to all Participants who have or can access the website https://www.mi.com/ph/event/poco-carnival-2026 (the ‘Webpage’)

3. PARTICIPANT’S ELIGIBILITY

3.1 You must be of legal age (at least 18 years old) and a resident of the Philippines during the term of the Activity.

3.2 You must have an active Mi Account, and remain logged in while engaging in the Activity, or be a registered user in the Website by accepting and consenting to the Terms and Conditions of the Organizer (https://www.mi.com/ph/support/terms/terms-of-use/) and the Privacy Policy of the Organizer (https://www.mi.com/ph/about/privacy).

4. TERM

This Activity starts at 19:00 on 7th August 2026 and ends at 23:59 on 23th August 2026 (GMT+8) (the ”Term of the Activity” ).

5. CAMPAIGN MECHANISM

This Campaign is divided into three (3) separate parts:

(i) Full-cycle promotion

a) Promotional Price: Products under this campaign will be offered at exclusive promotional prices. The specific discounts are shown on the campaign page. Promotional prices are valid only during the campaign period and cannot be combined with other discounts unless otherwise stated. Please refer to Clause 6.1 for applicable terms and conditions.

b) Buy POCO and get Double Mi Points

You can earn double Mi points when purchasing POCO items.Please refer to Clause 6.2 for applicable terms and conditions.

c) Gifts and Add Ons

1. Gifts：During the promotion, you can purchase a Xiaomi 17T and receive a free Xiaomi Smart Band 9 Active Black; purchase a POCO X8 Pro Max and receive a free Redmi Buds 6 Play.

(ii) PART 1: Opening Preheat

a) Participants must sign-in to Xiaomi Official Website (mi.com) during the activity period from 7th August 2026, 10:00 AM (GMT+8) to 11th August 2026, 23:59 AM (GMT +8) to participate in the check-in activity and receive Mi Points and check-in coupons.

b) The points and coupons obtained shall only be valid for use during the official campaign period from 00:00 AM on 7th August 2026 to 23:59 PM on 23th August 2026 (GMT+8), and may be applied for discounts on designated Xiaomi products at checkout on mi.com.

(c) The coupon is non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and cannot be combined with other vouchers or promotions unless otherwise stated.

(d) Xiaomi reserves the right to substitute or cancel the coupon at its sole discretion without prior notice.

(iii) Part 2: Official Opening

You will be able to participate in two (2) promotional activities:

a) Full Reduction discount

Participants who meet the spending conditions in the following table can enjoy the full reduction discount.

b) Coupons: Participants may receive 8%/10%/18% discount coupons applicable to selected products or items during the campaign period. Please refer to Clause 6.4 for applicable terms and conditions.

(iv) Part 3: Encore Sale

a) Flash Sale: Selected products are eligible for limited-time flash sale offers. Discounts are valid only within the specified period subject to limited stock and available while supplies last. Please refer to Clause 6.4 for applicable terms and conditions.

b) Coupons: Participants may receive 8%/10%/18% discount coupons applicable to selected products or items During the campaign period. Please refer to Clause 6.4 for applicable terms and conditions.

6.4. Coupons

Participants may get five (5) different vouchers:

1. Sign in to receive a 10% voucher, up to Php 2,000.

3. Get 8%/10%/18% voucher up to Php 2,500 on mobile phones and tablets.

4. Get 15% voucher up to 2,500 on non-mobile phones and tablets.

General Terms for Coupons

i) Please refer to the coupon page for specific available products.

ii) The coupons obtained shall only be valid for use during the designated campaign period, as specified herein, and may be applied for discounts on eligible Xiaomi products at checkout on mi.com.

iii) The coupon is non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and cannot be combined with other vouchers or promotions unless otherwise stated.

iv) All products are available on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.

v) Xiaomi reserves the right to substitute or cancel the coupon at its sole discretion without prior notice.

7. PERSONAL DATA

7.1. Participants in the Activity agree, understand and consent to the collection of their personal data and to provide the same to the Organizer, in the following:

a) Xiaomi Account ID number

b) Email address

7.2. This data shall be collected and processed by the Organizer to ensure the proper organization and management of the Activity, i.e. delivery of the benefits.

7.3. The Organizer and its affiliated partner(s) respect the Participant’s privacy and undertake to protect it in accordance with their respective privacy policies and the applicable laws.

7.4. Personal data will only be kept for a limited time necessary. This is to guarantee that all participants may exercise their rights and actions (if any), while participating in the activity.

7.5. By entering the Activity, you hereby consent that the above personal data will be collected by us. We will collect, use, disclose, process, and protect your personal information according to our privacy policy. You can follow the link below to learn more about our privacy policy.

8. LIABILITY AND REPRESENTATION

8.1. ORGANIZER’S REPRESENTATION

Unless otherwise expressly stated in this term, Organizer with- Organizer and its affiliates and/or third-party organizer, shall carry out and provide the Activity on a best-effort basis on a best-effort basis only and exclude all warranties and conditions of any kind (whether express or implied).

(i) The Activity is fit for any purpose or Meet the Participant(s) requirement or is provided without any errors or deficiencies or that the Activity is in compliance with any quality levels, as the case may be;

(ii) The Activity is available to the Participant at any time and provided without disruption, interruption, or delay;

(iii) Any information (whether oral or written) obtained by the Participant from the Organizer or as a result of the Participant taking part in the Activity (including any materials or products) will be suitable, accurate, complete, or reliable; and

(iv) Any deficiencies in the Activity, including any defects in performance, operation, or functionality during the Activity, will be fixed, corrected, or otherwise remedied by the Organizer.

8.2. ORGANIZER’S LIABILITY

Organizer shall be absolved from any liability to the Participant(s), regardless of the legal grounds or cause of action, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or any theory of liability, in or out of connection with the participation in the Activity for:

(i) Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages;

(ii) Any loss of income, business, actual or anticipated profits, opportunity, goodwill, or reputation (whether direct or indirect);

(iii) Any damage to and/or corruption or loss of data (whether direct or indirect);

(iv) Any changes, modifications, extensions, or limitations (including any suspension of Participant) in the Activity;

(v) Access to Participant account and account data or Participant registration data taking part of the Activity, or any permanent or temporary cessation in the terms or conditions of the Activity (or any part of them).

In case the Organizer, is later on declared liable for any breach of these terms, Organizer liability shall be limited to damages which the Organizer must typically expect at the time of the conclusion of these Terms due to the circumstances known at the time. Notwithstanding the above, such damages shall not be higher than 100 euros (or equivalent local currency).

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit Organizer:

a) Liability for death, personal injury, or fraud or in accordance with any product liability act; and

b) Warranty or liability for damages or losses which may not be lawfully excluded or limited by applicable law.

If the laws in the Participant jurisdiction do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, terms, or conditions or the limitation or exclusion of liability for loss or damage caused by negligence, breach of contract or breach of implied terms, or incidental or consequential damages, only to the extent of such limitations which are lawful in that jurisdiction will apply to the Participant and Organizer’s liability and warranty will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

8.3. PARTICIPANT’S LIABILITY

The participant is entirely responsible for any breach of the obligations under:

(i) Terms & Conditions (T&C); and

(ii) Any applicable law or regulation in the relevant jurisdictions, including the jurisdiction where you are a resident or from where you are participating in the Activity.

(iii) For any consequences, (express or implied) of such breach, including any loss or damage which Organizer or any third party may incur or suffer. The Organizer shall have no responsibility to the participant or to any third party with respect to such breach.

9. EXPORT CONTROL

9.1. Upon participating in the Activity, the Participant understands and agrees that:

The Activity and the functions, services and goods provided through the Activity are subject to the export controls and economic sanctions laws of multiple jurisdictions containing restrictions on destination, end user and end use, including but not limited to: (1) not to use of any functions, service or goods for any activities related to military end uses, support of terrorism, nuclear facilities, chemical or biological weapons, missiles, weapons of mass destruction, etc.; (2) comply with all export, re-export and resale restrictions applicable to the goods.

9.3. If the Participant's use of the functions and services being provided through the Activity violates, or in our reasonable opinion may violate, the requirements and restrictions of relevant laws, resulting in a compliance risk or adverse impact on the Activity, functions, and services and supply of goods, the Organizer reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate the provisions of all or part of the goods and services.

10. COMPLAINTS

10.1. All complaints related to the Activity can be submitted through the website https://www.mi.com/ph/support/

10.2. The complaint will be considered within fourteen (14) days from the date of its receipt, based on the applicable laws and this T&C. However, the deadline may be extended in the event of reasons beyond the Organizer's control, about which the Participant will be informed.

11. FINAL PROVISIONS

11.1. The content of these T&Cs is made available to the public on the Webpage and at the Organizer's headquarters.

11.2. Participation in the Activity should not be combined with other promotional actions and contests conducted by the Organizer.

11.3. These T&C are the only document setting out the detailed rules of the Activity.

11.4. The Organizer reserves the right to decide on the exclusion of a Participant from the Activity in case of violation of these T&C by a given Participant, including but not limited to misuse, abuse, fraud or attempted fraud and the like, as well as in case of any other conduct of the Participant violating good manners, jeopardizing the good name of the Organizer, its reputation or interests. The excluded Participant forfeits the right to apply for the Promotional Mi Points and the Mi Points specified in these T&C.

11.5. For significant reasons, subject to the application and approval from the regulatory authorities, the organizer may make changes to these T&C. An important reason in particular: (a) a change in generally applicable laws or their interpretation by authorized bodies, directly affecting the content of these T&C and resulting in the need to adjust these T&C to such change in laws or their interpretation; (b) the issuance of a ruling, decision or other similar act by a court or authorized public authority, directly affecting the content of these T&C and resulting in the need to amend these T&C to conform to such ruling, decision or other similar act; (c) the prevention of violations of these T&C or the prevention of abuse, as well as the removal of ambiguities or doubts of interpretation regarding the content of these T&C; (d) changes in the names, addresses or corporate data indicated in the content of these T&C; (e) the need to adapt the technical requirements indicated in these T&C to current standards.

11.6. The Organizer shall inform the Participants of any change to these T&C no later than seven (7) days prior to the proposed effective date of the changes to the content of these T&C.

11.7. If an applicable law, ruling, or other similar act of an authorized public authority requires the Organizer to amend these T&C within a shorter period of time than indicated in paragraph 11.7, the notification of amendment to these T&C shall indicate such shorter period of time, together with the reason.

11.8. The amended T&C shall apply to the Participant who does not voluntarily withdraw or resign from the Activity before the effective date of the amendment to these T&C.

11.9. An amendment to these T&C shall not adversely affect the conditions of participation in the Activity. The change of these T&C does not affect the rights acquired by the Participant before the change of these T&C.

11.10. These T&C are effective as of 6th August 2026.
