These terms and conditions set out the requirements and provisions applicable to vouchers and coupons offered to Mi Account holders in Philippines when accessing the “New User Zone” on our Website or the Mi Store (the “New User Zone Coupons”). “We”, “us”, “our” and “Xiaomi” means Mi Technologies Philippines Corporation. Our registered office is located at 16th Floor, Ore Central Tower, 9th Avenue with 31st Street, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig 1634.
We may update the terms and conditions of the New User Zone Coupons from time to time, or withdraw or cancel the New User Zone Coupons at any time without notice. This version of the terms and conditions applies from [7 May 2026].
Eligibility
To receive and use the New User Zone Coupons you must:
have a registered Mi Account and be aged 18 years or older; and
not have previously made any purchases on our Website or the Mi Store APP.
What are the New User Zone Coupons?
A coupon valued at 10%, redeemable on the purchase of AIOT product via our Website(this coupon can be used to deduct up to ₱1500).
A coupon valued at 10%, redeemable on the purchase of Mobile phones and tablets product via our Website(This coupon can be used to deduct up to ₱2000). Each of the above coupons can only be claimed once per account.
The following products are not eligible for this coupon: Xiaomi 17T/Xiaomi 17T Pro/POCO C71/POCO C85/POCO M8 5G/REDMI Note 14/REDMI Note 15/REDMI Note 15 Pro
To use any of the New User Zone Coupons, you must:
be signed in to your Mi Account;
access and use the coupon through your Mi Account by following the prompts to “Use now”;
use the coupon within 30 days from the date on which you receive the New User Zone Coupons.
There are some limits on the New User Zone Coupons:
(a) Each coupon can only be redeemed once and on a single transaction. In particular:
i. if you purchase a product using any of the coupons and then return the product under our Returns Policy [https://www.mi.com/ph/support/terms/returns-policy/], the coupon cannot be used again and we will only refund to you the actual amount you paid for the product.
(b) the coupons do not apply to, and cannot be used to discount, shipping fees on an order;
(c) the coupons cannot be used in combination with any other discount vouchers or coupons, including that multiple New User Zone Coupons cannot be used or applied to a single order;
(d) the coupons are non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
3. Privacy
We collect and handle any personal information you provide to us in relation to the New User Zone Coupons in accordance with our Privacy Policy https://www.mi.com/ph/about/privacy.
