Why can't I control the Mijia Front Load Washer Dryer Pro 12.5kg using the Xiaomi Home App?
If the Mijia Front Load Washer Dryer Pro 12.5kg is unable to be controlled using the Xiaomi Home App, please refer to the following steps to troubleshoot:
1. Please check whether the remote control has been turned on.
2. Please check whether the Child Lock is enabled. When the Child Lock is turned on, the Xiaomi Home App cannot be used to control the Mijia Front Load Washer Dryer Pro 12.5kg to ensure safety.
3. If the washer dryer is not connected to the Xiaomi Home App, you can not control it using the App. Please confirm whether the washer dryer is connected to the Xiaomi Home App.
4. After enabling remote control, if there is no operation from the App within 10 minutes, the washer dryer will enter low-power mode. The remote control function will remain active for up to 24 hours before automatically turning off. During this time, pressing any button on the machine or operating it from the app will reset the timer.
5. If the washer dryer is powered off or disconnected from power, the remote control will also automatically turn off. Please check whether the washer dryer is running normally.
6. If the washer dryer or mobile phone is not connected to a stable Wi-Fi network, you can not control the washer dryer using the App. Please switch to a stable network and try again.
7. Please check if the Xiaomi Home App is the latest version and update it.
