1. The washing machine has reached a safe water level.
2. The temperature inside the washing machine has reached a safe temperature.
Here are the steps to add clothes when the Mijia Front Load Washer Dryer Pro 12.5kg is washing for your reference:
1. Press the [Start/Pause] button to stop the washing machine.
2. Open the door and put in the clothes you need to add.
3. Finally, close the door and restart.
If the door cannot be opened, please follow the steps below:
1. Select the Spin Only program and drain the water inside the washing machine. Press the [Start/Pause] button again and open the door.
2. If the internal temperature is high, wait until the temperature drops before opening the door.
3. Please check if the child lock function is turned off. The door cannot be opened when the child lock is activated. Please turn off the child lock, wait a few seconds, and then try opening the door again.
4. Check if the remote control is turned off. The door cannot be opened when the remote control is turned on.
5. If you cannot wait long enough, open the drain filter cover and unplug the emergency drain hose to drain the water.
