What to do if the Mijia Refrigerator Cross Door 510L freezer does not freeze or the freezing effect is poor?

The Mijia Refrigerator Cross Door 510L adopts a single-cycle refrigeration system. If the refrigerator is working properly, the freezer will not fail alone.
If the freezer does not freeze or the freezing effect is not good, please check it according to the following methods:
  1. Check the internal items. Most items that need quick freezing or dairy products need to be stored below -18 ℃. If there is too much such food and the temperature is adjusted to a high level, the food will melt. Please adjust the temperature to below -20 ℃.
  2. Check if there is too much food in the freezer. Putting too much food will cause the air circulation inside the refrigerator to be blocked, affecting the refrigeration effect and causing the food to melt. Please do not pile up when placing food, and leave space between food.
  3. Check if a large number of items are placed in the refrigerator in a short period of time. Placing a large number of items in a short period of time will cause the temperature inside the refrigerator to rise. Please lower the temperature and observe for a while.
  4. During the operation of the refrigerator, the air is circulating and the compressor is not in a state of continuous operation. So it is normal for the actual temperature to have a slight temperature difference from the set temperature.
  5. Check whether the refrigerator door is frequently opened and closed or the door is opened for too long, causing a lot of hot air to enter the refrigerator, resulting in a poor cooling effect of the refrigerator. Please close the refrigerator door and set the temperature to the Super Cool mode, and observe for a while.
  6. Check if there is enough distance around the refrigerator. The refrigerator is designed to dissipate heat on both sides, and a certain amount of space needs to be left on both sides. If the space on both sides is small or blocked by other items, the refrigerator will not dissipate heat well, and the cooling effect will be poor. Please leave at least 5 cm distance on both sides of the refrigerator.
  7. Check if there are gaps, loose seals or deformations around the door seal. Please clean the door seal.
(1). Use hot air to evenly heat the door seal (Blow air evenly at low wind speed, and do not deform the door seal).
(2). Smooth the door seal airbag by hand (Squeeze the door seal along the door frame to install the door seal in place).
(3). The door seal can be fixed after cooling.
