Terms and Conditions – Xiaomi 15T Online Trade-In Campaign
For the purpose of this document:
(i) “CompAsia” means CompAsia Sdn Bhd (Company No: 201201022161 (1006653-T)) as the provider of the Trade-In Services.
(ii) “Customer” / “You / Your” means the customer who purchases an eligible Xiaomi 15T device via mi.com and submits an order to CompAsia for the Trade-In Services.
(iii) “Device / Devices” means any portable electronic equipment that has a display screen, supports one or more wireless connectivity options, and is capable of being powered on and booting fully to its operating system’s home screen. (iv) “Rebate” means the RM200 trade-in top-up funded by Xiaomi, provided exclusively for purchases of Xiaomi 15T series devices on mi.com, subject to the successful completion of the Trade-In Services.
1. Eligibility
1.1 The Campaign applies only to purchases of eligible Xiaomi 15T devices on mi.com during 25 September 2025 until 31 December 2025.
1.2 Customers must pay the full purchase price at checkout.
1.3 To qualify for the trade-in Rebate, the Customer’s trade-in Device must:
· be legally owned and free from any liens or encumbrances;
· be able to power on and boot to its operating system’s home screen;
· have all user accounts and locks (Mi Account, iCloud, Google, MDM, etc.) removed;
· not be blacklisted, counterfeit, or reported stolen.
1.4 Customers must be at least 18 years of age.
2. Trade-In Process
2.1 Order Placement
· Customer completes purchase of an eligible Xiaomi 15T on mi.com and selects the “Trade-In” option.
· An automated email from CompAsia will be sent, containing a scheduling link for Device collection.
2.2 Doorstep Collection and Appraisal
· CompAsia (or its appointed logistics provider) will perform doorstep collection of the Device at the scheduled time.
· During collection, CompAsia will:
o Inspect the Device to confirm it matches the declared make/model, and eligibility (Clause 1.3).
o Verify that the Device is legally owned, powers on, and is free from all locks (Mi Account, iCloud, Google, MDM, etc.).
o Issue a Final Quotation if discrepancies are found.
o If accepted, perform a factory reset and complete collection of the Device.
2.3 Order Confirmation
· Upon successful acceptance and collection of the Device, Xiaomi.com will instantly receive status update.
2.4 Rebate Redemption
· Once Xiaomi receives status update:
o The RM200 rebate will be refunded to the Customer using the same payment method as the original purchase.
o If the purchase was made via QR code and an automatic refund cannot be processed, Xiaomi will contact the Customer directly to obtain preferred bank account details for manual refund.
· If the Device is ineligible or the Customer rejects the Final Quotation, no rebate will be provided. The Customer may still keep the purchased Xiaomi 15T.
2.5 Ownership Transfer
· Ownership of the trade-in Device passes to CompAsia only upon acceptance and successful completion of the trade-in process.
· Once collected, the Device cannot be returned to the Customer under any circumstances, except where explicitly provided (e.g., Final Quotation rejected).
3. General Terms
3.1 Customers are responsible for backing up and deleting personal data before handover. CompAsia will perform a factory reset but shall not be liable for residual data.
3.2 CompAsia reserves the right to reject any Device found ineligible.
3.3 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be referred to the courts of Malaysia.
3.4 The Organizer (Xiaomi Malaysia) and CompAsia reserve the right to modify or terminate this Campaign at their discretion.
