GENERAL
1.1. The Competition governed by these T&C is conducted under the name: Your smart living on us Competition 2026 (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Competition’).
1.2. The Competition is organized by Xiaomi Technologies Malaysia Sdn Bhd [202101002126 (1402424-W)] (hereinfter referred to as the "Organiser" or "Xiaomi").
1.3. Participation is voluntary and free of charge, except for internet costs or any other connection costs.
1.4. In case of any questions regarding the Competition, the Participant is requested to contact the following email address: mi-event@xiaomi.com.
1.5. By participating in the Competition, the Participant hereby accepts: (I) the Terms and Conditions of the Competition, and (II) the Privacy Policy of the Organizer (https://privacy.mi.com/all/languages)
1.6. The Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by third-party social media platforms, including but not limited to X, Instagram, and Facebook, which may be used in connection with the Competition. Participants hereby acknowledge and agree to the terms of use, service, or sale and policies of third parties whose platforms are used in connection with the Competition. The Organizer, in particular, points out that Facebook is a trademark registered by Meta Platforms, Inc. and is not responsible for the conduct of the Competition.
PLATFORM
2.1. This Competition is hosted through Xiaomi's official TikTok、Facebook and Xiaohongshu account(https://www.tiktok.com/@xiaomimalaysia , https://www.facebook.com/XiaomiMalaysia , https://xhslink.com/m/1uVPuFo85mA.
2.2. This Competition is open to individuals who participate in accordance with the official rules published by the Organizer on its official social media channels.
PARTICIPANT’S ELIGIBILITY
3.1.This Competition is open to all individuals who are residents in Malaysia, and aged 18 years old and above as of 1 April 2026 ("Participants").
3.2. Upon the Organizer’s request, Participant must be able to demonstrate at any time and, within a reasonable period, that he/she meets the necessary above-mentioned conditions to participate in the Competition.
3.3. Excluded from the Competition are persons cooperating with the Organizer (entities and employees of entities providing services to the Organizer in organizing the Competition), employees and cooperators of the Organizer, as well as their descendants, ascendants, affinities, adoptees, members of their families and relatives (siblings, spouses, parents of spouses).
3.4. Where inaccurate or erroneous data are provided by the Participant, the Organizer reserves the right to reject or disqualify the Participant from the Competition and so without giving any reasons or notice.
TERM
4.1. The submission period for the entries shall commence on 1 April 2026 at [10:00:00 AM] (GMT+8) and ends on 10 April 2026 at [23:59:59 PM] (GMT+8) (the “Submission Period”).
All entries must be submitted within the Submission Period. Entries submitted before or after this period will not be accepted.
4.2.The list of winners will be publicly announced by 17 April 2026 at [18:00:00 PM] (GMT+8) via Xiaomi’s official TikTok, Facebook, Xiaohongshu, X, and Instagram accounts, as well as on mi.com and the Xiaomi Store App.
PARTICIPATION MECHANISM
5.1. The Competition is organized as part of the "2026 Xiaomi Fan Festival" promotions.
5.2. During the Submission Period of the Competition, Participants must complete all of the following steps:
a) Log into the local mi.com (https://www.mi.com/my/)or Xiaomi Store APP.
b) Add desired products to your shopping cart. However, Participants are not required to display all items in added in the shopping cart.
c) Capture the shopping cart in the form of a screenshot or screen recording.
d) Create and publish content on one of the designated social media platforms (TikTok, Facebook, or Xiaohongshu) in accordance with the respective platform requirements.
e) Include all required hashtags and tagging as specified.
f) Submit a valid entry via the official Google Form within the Submission Period.

Only Participants who complete all required steps will be considered eligible for the Competition.
5.3 Platform-specific Participation Mechanics
5.3.1 TikTok
To participate via TikTok, Participants must:
Step 1: Sign in to their Xiaomi Account on mi.com, select your preferred Xiaomi products, add them to the shopping cart, and capture the cart via screenshot or screen recording.
Step 2: Create and publish a TikTok video that includes:
A clear display of the Participant’s shopping cart (via screenshot or screen recording), and
A “Smart Living Wish Story”, describing the Participant’s desired Xiaomi products and how these products would enhance their lifestyle .
Content format is flexible (e.g., storytelling, voice-over, demonstration, or creative presentation), provided that both the shopping cart and the story are clearly presented.
Step 3: Ensure that the post includes:

To participate via Xiaohongshu, Participants must:
Step 1: Sign in to their Xiaomi Account on mi.com, select your preferred Xiaomi products, add them to the shopping cart, and capture the cart via screenshot or screen recording.
Step 2: Create and publish a post or video on Xiaohongshu that includes:
A clear display of the Participant’s shopping cart (via screenshot or screen recording), and
A “Smart Living Wish Story”, describing the Participant’s desired Xiaomi products and how these products would enhance their lifestyle
Content format is flexible (e.g., storytelling, voice-over, demonstration, or creative presentation), provided that both the shopping cart and the story are clearly presented.
Step 3: Ensure that the post or video includes:

To participate via Facebook, Participants must:

Step 2: Navigate to the official Xiaomi Malaysia Competition post on Facebook and submit a comment that includes:
The shopping cart screenshot, and
A written “Smart Living Wish Story” explaining their desired Xiaomi products and usage scenario
Step 3: Ensure that the comment includes:
The required hashtags: #XiaomiFanFestival2026 #YourSmartLivingOnUs

WINNERS SELECTION & ANNOUNCEMENT
6.1. A provisional winners list will be published on TikTok, Facebook, Xiaohongshu, X, Instagram, mi.com and Xiaomi Store APP on 17April 2026 at [18:00:00 PM] (GMT+8)
6.2 Winners will be selected by a panel of three (3) content specialists appointed by the Organizer.
6.3 Entries will be evaluated based on:
a)Completeness of submission;
b)Authenticity and creativity of content; and
c)Publicly visible interaction data on the submitted post (such as the number of likes, comments, or shares) may be taken into account as an additional reference factor. However, such interaction data will not be the sole or decisive criterion in determining the winners.
6.4. The Organizer will contact the winners via direct messages on social media in order to collect relevant information to verify the authenticity of their participation and to ensure the delivery of the Prizes.
6.5. The winners must respond to the Organizer within seven (7) days after the Organizer first contacts them and provide the following information accordingly:
a) Mi ID (used for verification of participation); and
b)Full name, contact details and shipping address(used for prize redemption)
6.6. To be eligible to receive a prize, the selected winner must meet all of the following conditions:
a) The winner must be a legal resident or citizen of Malaysia;
b) Participation must occur via a genuine personal social media account. Accounts that appear to be bots, automated accounts, spam accounts, commercial/promotional accounts, or accounts created primarily for participating in promotions or giveaways may be disqualified. Participating accounts must demonstrate genuine activity prior to the start of the promotion. The organizer reserves the right to verify the authenticity and eligibility of participants and to exclude any account that appears fraudulent, manipulated, or otherwise inconsistent with these terms.
Accounts created solely for the purpose of participating in the Competition, automated accounts, bot accounts, or accounts primarily used for commercial or promotional purposes may be disqualified at the Organizer’s sole discretion; and
c)The winner agrees to grant the Organizer a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, and share the winner’s shopping cart information and “Smart Living” wish story for marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to reposting on official social media channels.
If any of the above requirements are not met, the Participant will not be considered a valid winner. The Organizer reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any participant who does not meet the above criteria. If a selected winner is found ineligible after public announcement, the Organizer reserves the right to revoke the prize and select an alternate winner.
EVENT PRIZES & REDEMPTION
The prize awarded to the winner may be adjusted by the Organizer based on local product availability and operational considerations.
The final redemption method and fulfillment arrangement will be determined at the sole discretion of the Organizer.
7.1 Winner prizes:
One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected across all participating platforms. The Grand Prize consists of Xiaomi products with a total value of up to RM18,888.
A total of ten (10) Participation Prize winners will be selected. Each Participation Prize consists of Xiaomi products with a total value of up to RM1,688.
7.2. The value of products will be based exclusively on the official retail price listed on the local mi.com and Xiaomi Store App at the time of prize fulfillment. Promotional, limited-time, member-exclusive, or third-party platform prices will not be considered.
7.3. Prize Fulfillment:

Grand Prize Fulfillment:
The Grand Prize winner must communicate with the Organizer to confirm the final selection of products included in their “Smart Life Wish” combination prior to prize fulfillment.
The total value of the selected products must not exceed RM18,888 or RM1,688, based on the official retail prices on mi.com and/or Xiaomi Store App at the time of selection.
Once the product list is finalized and confirmed by both parties, the organizer will purchase the corresponding prizes and arrange delivery to the shipping address provided by the winner.
Participation Prizes Fulfillment:
After confirming the winner’s eligibility and compliance with the above Terms and Conditions, the Organizer will purchase the corresponding prize and arrange delivery to the shipping address provided by the winner.
7.4. Each participant and shipping address may receive only one prize.
7.5. The prizes will be issued or shipped to the address confirmed by the winner(s) within thirty (60) days following the announcement.
7.6. Product availability is subject to stock. In the event that a selected product is out of stock or discontinued, the Organizer reserves the right to request an alternative product selection of equivalent value.
7.7. All the prizes will be subject, if applicable, to the corresponding tax and withholdings. The winners should ensure that they comply with all the applicable tax laws and regulations regarding the prizes.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND IMAGE RIGHTS
ASSIGNMENT OF PARTICIPANTS INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
8.1. Assignment of participants intellectual property rights
By participating in the Competition, Participants authorize the Organizer (which expression shall be understood as including Xiaomi Group companies, parent companies or subsidiaries, affiliates, successors and assigns) and its affiliated partners, to exploit, commercialize and make available to the public – all within the statutory limits - directly or through its web and/or its social networks, the photo(s) created in connection with the Competition and use the photo(s) for commercial and/or advertising purposes.
The afore-mentioned authorization is granted on an exclusive and irrevocable basis; in the broadest possible form in law; without any form of remuneration/compensation; for the whole world; for the whole legal life of the rights up to their passage into the public domain;
With the capacity to assign to third parties. This authorization will also cover all exploitation rights, including the rights of disclosure and publication, fixation, reproduction, distribution, public communication and making available to the public, the right of transformation and collection right that may correspond to the photo(s) or the work derived from it, as well as industrial property rights and any other rights that may be derived from the photo(s) and/or its elements.
8.2. Authorisation of Participant image right
Participants irrevocably grant to the Organizer (which expression shall be understood as including xiaomi group companies, parent companies or subsidiaries, affiliates, successors and assigns) and its affiliated partners, the right to use the participant’s image and name in all forms and media including composite or modified representation including advertising, or any commercial purpose in connection with the Competition throughout the world and in perpetuity without any compensation.
Participants moreover release the organizer and its partners from any claims that may arise regarding the use of their image, including any claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of moral rights, rights of publicity, or copyright.

9.1. Participants in the Competition agree to provide their respective Organizer with the collection of the following personal data:

These data shall be collected and processed by the Organizer to ensure the proper organization and management of the Competition i.e. delivery of the Prize.
In connection with your participation in the Competition, certain personal data (such as Mi id, nickname, phone number, or address) will be collected and processed, to the extent necessary, for the purpose of ensuring your participation, the proper organization and management of the Competition (e.g., selecting winners, consideration of complaints). Please note the Entry(ies) will be available under the Competition even after the Competition has been conducted and decided. Your participation in this Competition does not require the processing of your image. However, should you decide to use photo of yourself for your Entry(ies), it will be processed for the mentioned purposes.
The legal basis for the processing is both the acceptance of these T&C by clicking the relevant checkbox or when posting your Entry(ies) as pointed out in these T&C and, where applicable, the consent given for the processing of your image by posting your Entry(ies). This consent may be withdrawn at any time by sending a request here, although such withdrawal shall not affect the processing previously carried out. The data will be kept for as long as necessary to fulfill the mentioned purpose, unless the consent is withdrawn.
9.2. The Organizer and its affiliated partner respect the Participant’s privacy and undertake to protect it in accordance with their respective privacy policies and the applicable laws.
9.3. Personal data will be kept for the time necessary to guarantee the Participant with the exercise of their rights and actions in relation to the Competition.
9.4. By entering the Competition, you hereby consent that the above Personal data will be collected by us. We will collect, use, disclose, process and protect your personal information according to our privacy policy.
9.5. Ultimately, we want the best for all our Participants. If you have any concerns about our data management practice outlined in this Privacy Policy, please contact https://privacy.mi.com/support/?locale=en to submit your concerns. We will be happy to resolve your concerns directly.
COMPLAINTS
10.1. All complaints related to the Competition can be submitted through the website https://www.mi.com/my/support
10.2. The complaint will be considered within 14 days from the date of its receipt, based on the applicable laws and this T&C. However, the deadline may be extended in the event of reasons beyond the Organizer's control, about which the Participant will be informed.
LIABILITY AND REPRESENTATION
11.1. ORGANIZER’S REPRESENTATION
Unless otherwise expressly stated in this term, Organizer and its affiliated or third-party Organizers provide the Competition on a best-effort basis only and exclude all warranties and conditions of any kind whether expressly or implied. In particular but without limitation, Organizer and its affiliated or third-party Organizers do not warrant or represent that:
(i) The Competition is fit for any purpose or meets Participant requirements or is provided without any errors or deficiencies or that the Competition is in compliance with any quality levels, as the case may be;
(ii) The Competition is available to the Participant at any time and provided to the Participant without disruption, interruption, or delay;
(iii) Any information (whether oral or written) obtained by the Participant from the Organizer or as a result of the Participant taking part in the Competition (including any materials or products) will be suitable, accurate, complete, or reliable; and
(iv) Any deficiencies in the Competition, including any defects in performance, operation, or functionality of the Competition will be fixed, corrected, or otherwise remedied.
11.2. ORGANIZER’S LIABILITY
Organizer is not liable to Participant, regardless of the legal grounds, in particular, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or any theory of liability, in or out of the connection with the participation in the Competition for:
(i) Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages;
(ii) Any loss of income, business, actual or anticipated profits, opportunity, goodwill, or reputation (whether direct or indirect);
(iii) Any damage to and/or corruption or loss of data (whether direct or indirect);
(iv) Any changes, modifications, extensions, or limitations (including any suspension of Participant) in the Competition;
(v) Access to Participant account and account data or Participant registration data taking part of the Competition, or any permanent or temporary cessation in the terms or conditions of the Competition (or any part of them).
In the term that the Organizer is liable for a breach of these terms, Organizer liability shall be limited to damages which the Organizer must typically expect at the time of the conclusion of these Terms due to the circumstances known at the time. Notwithstanding the above, such damages shall not be higher than RM100.
If the laws in the Participant jurisdiction do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, terms, or conditions or the limitation or exclusion of liability for loss or damage caused by negligence, breach of contract or breach of implied terms, or incidental or consequential damages, only the limitations which are lawful in that jurisdiction will apply to the Participant and Organizer’s liability and warranty will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
11.3. PARTICIPANT’S LIABILITY
The Participant is entirely responsible for any breach of the obligations under:
(i) These T&C; and
(ii) Any applicable law or regulation in the relevant jurisdictions, including the jurisdiction where you are a resident or from where you are participating in the Competition.
For the consequences of any such breach, including any loss or damage which Organizer or any third party may incur or suffer. The Organizer will have no responsibility to the Participant or to any third party with respect to such breach.
EXPORT CONTROL
12.1. Upon participating in the Competition, the Participant understands and agrees that:

The Competition and the functions, services and goods provided through the Competition are subject to the export controls and economic sanctions laws of multiple jurisdictions containing restrictions on destination, end user and end use, including but not limited to: (1) not to use of any functions, service or goods for any activities related to military end uses, support of terrorism, nuclear facilities, chemical or biological weapons, missiles, weapons of mass destruction, etc.; (2) comply with all export, re-export and resale restrictions applicable to the goods.
12.3. If the Participant's use of the functions and services being provided through the Competition violates, or in our reasonable opinion may violate, the requirements and restrictions of relevant laws, resulting in a compliance risk or adverse impact on the Competition, functions, and services and supply of goods, the Organizer reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate the provisions of all or part of the goods and services.
FINAL PROVISIONS
13.1. The content of these T&Cs is made available to the public on the relevant webpage and at the Organizer's headquarters.
13.2. Participation in the Competition does not combine with other promotional actions and contests conducted by the Organizer.
13.3. These T&C are the only document setting out the detailed rules of the Competition.
13.4. These T&C, interpreted and applied according to the laws of the Organizer's jurisdiction, do not exclude the applicable laws of the Participant's residence if required. Any dispute shall be settled by the court of the Organizer's jurisdiction unless the Participant's local court is appropriate.
13.5. The Organizer reserves the right to decide on the exclusion of a Participant from the Competition in case of violation of these T&C by a given Participant, attempted fraud, as well as in case of any other conduct of the Participant violating good manners, jeopardizing the good name of the Organizer, its reputation or interests. The excluded Participant forfeits the right to apply for the Promotional voucher and the Mi Points specified in these T&C.
13.6. Organiser reserves the rights to modify and/or cancel any of the stated terms and conditions at any time without notice. Participants are encouraged to check from time to time to view any amendments and/or changes made to the stated terms and conditions.
13.7. The amended T&C shall apply to the Participant who does not resign from the Competition before the effective date of the amendment to these T&C.
13.8. An amendment to these T&C shall not adversely affect the conditions of participation in the Competition. The change of these T&C does not affect the rights acquired by the Participant before the change of these T&C.
13.9. These T&C are effective as of 1 April 2026.
13.10. The terms and conditions of this Competition shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
