Why does the Xiaomi Watch S3 turn on smart heart rate monitoring, high and low heart rate alerts, and high heart rate alerts during sleep?

This bug has been fixed in the latest firmware version of the watch. Please tap [Check for Updates] at the bottom of the [Mi Fitness] App, update the watch to the latest firmware version and try again.
