Does Xiaomi Watch S3 support sleep monitoring?

The watch supports all-day sleep monitoring, that is, long sleep and sporadic nap monitoring throughout the day. After turning on [Sleep High-Precision Monitoring], the distribution of sleep quality can be displayed. After you wear the watch normally at night and fall asleep, the watch can automatically recognize it through the built-in sensor.
1. On the watch page, swipe left or right on the homepage of the watch face to the sleep component entrance. You can check the sleep duration last night. Tap and enter the app to view more information;
2. Tap the [Sleep] icon in the application list to open sleep, and you can view the sleep data of the day;
3. After the watch is connected to the mobile phone to synchronize data, in the [Mi Fitness] App, tap [Sleep] to view historical sleep data, including day, week, month, and year. You can also view the daily sleep period, the proportion of deep sleep, light sleep, rapid eye movement, and awake sleep, as well as detailed sleep status at each time point.
Note:
1. There is a delay in generating sleep reports. If you turn on the sleep function as soon as you wake up, there may be no sleep report;
2. The watch retains the detailed sleep data of the previous night + the sleep period data of the past 7 days. Please synchronize the data to the Mi Fitness App in time to avoid data loss.
