What to do if your network settings are reset on the Mi TV P1 55?

If your network settings are reset on the Mi TV P1 55, please refer to the following steps:
1. Reconnect to your network. If you are using Wi-Fi, please go to [Settings] >> [Network & Internet] >> choose your Wi-Fi network from the list >> enter the password and confirm it;

2. If you're using an Ethernet cable, make sure it's connected to your Android TV and the router;
3. Sometimes, a simple restart can help resolve connectivity issues. Power off your Android TV, wait a few seconds, and then turn it back on;
4. If the problem persists, try restarting your Wi-Fi router. Unplug it from the power source, wait for about 10-15 seconds, and then plug it back in;
5. Check for TV firmware updates by navigating to [Settings] >> [Device Preferences] >> [About] >> [System update];
6. If none of the above steps works, you may consider performing a factory reset on your TV by going to [Settings] >> [Device Preferences] >> [Reset].
