Why can't the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum 6 Max resume cleanup?
If the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum 6 Max cannot resume cleanup, please refer to the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Make sure the robot vacuum is not set to DND mode, which will prevent the robot vacuum from resuming
cleanup.
2. Cleanup will not resume if the robot vacuum is returned to the omni station to charge with the button on it or in the Xiaomi Home App, or by hand.
3. Check if the robot vacuum still has sufficient battery. If the battery level is too low, it can not support resuming the cleaning task.
4. If the original cleaning map or task no longer exists (e.g., the map was reset or the task was cleared), the robot vacuum cannot resume from the previous breakpoint.
5. Check if the robot vacuum has been moved. Relocation can fail if the device is moved during cleaning, preventing it from resuming from the original position.
6. If there have been significant environmental changes (such as moving furniture or new obstacles), the robot vacuum can not be able to resume cleaning accurately.
7. If the problem persists, please contact the after-sales service center for inspection.
