1. You can reset the stylus by pressing and holding the secondary button for about 15 seconds to reconnect it. This will restore the stylus to its default state and help clear any previous connection issues. Press and hold either the primary or secondary button for around 3 seconds. Once the tablet detects the stylus and a prompt appears on the screen, connect and wait for the pairing process to complete.
2. Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your POCO Pad M1. You can go to [Settings] >> [Bluetooth], turn it on, and check whether the stylus appears in the available device list.
3. Restart your POCO Pad M1 and try reconnecting the stylus. This can refresh the system connection and help resolve temporary pairing issues.
4. Turn Bluetooth off and on again, or enable Airplane mode for about 10–15 seconds and then turn it off. This helps reset the wireless connection and can improve pairing success.
5. Please also ensure the stylus has sufficient battery power. The POCO Smart Pen uses wired charging with a Type-C port, so you can recharge it easily when needed.
6. If none of the above steps resolve the issue, there can be a compatibility or hardware-related problem. It is recommended to visit an authorized service center for further inspection.
