If the Xiaomi Router BE19000 Pro fails to set up Mesh networking, please refer to the following aspects:
Wired Mesh setup:
1. Please first check whether the router firmware version is up to date, and if not, upgrade it to the latest version.
2. Please confirm whether the wired Mesh setup method is correct, as follows:
(1). One Mesh-supported Xiaomi router should be set as the main router and configured through initial setup to ensure normal internet access.
(2). The other Mesh-supported router should be used as the satellite router, and it must be in an unpaired or factory-reset state.
(3). Connect the LAN port of the main router to the WAN port of the satellite router using an Ethernet cable, after which the routers will automatically establish a Mesh network (if it fails, please try another cable).
(4). Please wait for the automatic Mesh setup process to complete.
3. Please try replacing the Ethernet cable between the main router and the satellite router. If wireless Mesh can be established successfully, the issue is likely caused by the cable.
4. Please reset the satellite router, then reconnect it using a different LAN port on the main router and try again.
5. Please swap the roles of the main router and the satellite router and try again.
6. If all the above steps do not resolve the issue, please configure the satellite router independently in router mode to check whether it works. If it cannot be configured, please contact after-sales support.
Wireless Mesh setup:
1. Please first check whether the router firmware version is up to date, and if not, upgrade it to the latest version.
2. Please confirm whether the wireless Mesh setup method is correct, and try multiple setup methods if necessary.
3. Please reset the satellite router and try again.
4. Please ensure the distance between the main router and the satellite router is about 1 meter, then reset the satellite router and try again.
5. Please try a different setup method. For example, if you used the Xiaomi Home App plugin for Mesh setup, you can try configuring it via the web interface instead.
6. Please try setting up a wired Mesh network first, and then disconnect the Ethernet cable to switch to wireless Mesh.
7. Please swap the roles of the main router and the satellite router and try again.
8. If all the above steps still do not resolve the issue, please configure the satellite router independently in router mode to check whether it works. If it cannot be configured, please proceed with after-sales service.
