If the REDMI Buds 8 Lite can't be charged, please refer to the following steps for troubleshooting:
1. Leaving the earbuds or charging case unused for an extended period could lead to excessive battery drain. Please connect them to a power and charge for at least 10 minutes to ensure activation before checking if the issue is resolved.
2. The charging case is out of power (the indicator on the charging case is off after opening the cover). Fully charge the charging case and try again.
3. Poor contact or dirt on the earbud and charging case contacts could cause charging problems. Please try removing and reinserting the earbuds, ensuring the magnetic connection is secure (repeat three times). Please gently wipe the charging contacts on the bottom of the earbuds and the contacts inside the charging case (including the magnetic contact area) with a dry cotton swab, then try charging again.
4. Try using a reliable charging adapter and data cable, and avoid using unstable or low-quality charging equipment.
5. When charging the earbuds in extremely low or high temperatures, the charging function will be suspended for safety reasons. Please always charge in a room-temperature, ventilated environment.
6. If none of the above solves the problem, please contact the after-sales service for inspection or repair.
