2. The material or color of the carpet may make it difficult to identify, so try to use light-colored carpets.
3. Carpeted areas may become unrecognizable in restricted areas or virtual walls. Please remove the carpet from these areas.
4. A dirty or obstructed sensor may cause it to fail to recognize data. Please keep the sensor clean and unobstructed.
5. Ensure that the robot vacuum's firmware is updated to the latest version to avoid any software-related issues.
6. Please restart your device and rebuild the map.
7. If the problem persists, it is recommended to contact the after-sales service center for testing.
