1. Please check if any obstacles are blocking the robot vacuum. Remove the obstacles before cleaning. Narrow spaces such as under sofas, beds, and in cabinet corners may not be cleaned. High thresholds can also prevent the robot vacuum from entering.
2. If the map is incomplete or the room layout is unreasonable, the robot may overtake certain areas. Room zoning can be adjusted in the app if necessary.
3. Check if any virtual walls or restricted areas have been set up. Remove these areas before cleaning.
