What to do if the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum is unable to recharge or has difficulty recharging?

If the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum is unable to find the charging dock, please refer to the following information to troubleshoot:
1. Check the placement of the charging dock. It should be placed on an open and flat surface, close to the wall, away from stairs or drop-offs, and ensure there are no obstacles within 0.5-1.5 meters in front or on both sides.
2. Check whether the home map is disordered and whether any obstacles are blocking the path to the charging dock.
3. Check whether the charging dock is malfunctioning. Place the robot vacuum about 1.5 meters away from the charging dock, manually start the auto recharge function, and see if it can return to the charging dock successfully. If it cannot, manually place the robot vacuum on the charging dock and align the charging contacts to see if it can charge properly. If it charges normally, it indicates that the charging dock’s signal transmitter is faulty and needs repair.
If the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum can find the charging dock but cannot charge, the most likely cause is dirt or residue on the charging contacts. Simply wipe both the charging dock and the robot vacuum's charging contacts with a cloth.
If the robot vacuum stops in front of the charging dock and reports a charging failure, please refer to the following causes and solutions:
1. Check whether the charging dock's infrared signal is transmitting normally. You can use a mobile phone to record an image of the charging dock's interior to observe if there is an infrared signal.
2. If the infrared signal transmission is normal, then confirm whether the ground where the charging dock is located is level and whether the connection between the charging dock's plate and the main unit is secure.
