If the Xiaomi Home App does not display water usage after drawing water from the Mijia Smart Water Purifier N800G, this is generally due to network instability or temporary desynchronization between the purifier and the App.
Ensure that the purifier is connected to the App and the network is stable. When the device is online, each time water is drawn, the purifier records the consumption data and uploads it to the server through the App. However, if data transmission is interrupted, the usage record fails to upload, causing the App to display no new information.
Once the purifier reconnects to a stable network, subsequent usage data will be uploaded normally. A stable Wi-Fi connection ensures accurate water usage tracking in the App.
