What to do if the Mijia Front Load Washer Dryer Pro 9kg does not spin dry properly?

If the Mijia Front Load Washer Dryer Pro 9kg does not spin dry properly, please refer to the following methods to troubleshoot:
  1. Check the type of detergent used. For drum washing machines, we recommend using a low-sudsing detergent. If you are using a high-sudsing detergent, reduce the amount.
  2. Check the spin speed. If the clothes are not completely dry, select a higher speed and re-spin.
  3. Check the drain filter for clogs. A clogged drain filter can cause poor or incomplete drainage. Clean the drain filter.
(1). Open the filter cover at the bottom of the device, pull out the emergency drain hose, and remove the plug to let water drain.
(2). After all the water is drained, reinstall the plug and put the emergency drain hose back to its original position. Turn the drain filter counterclockwise to open it.
(3). Check and make sure the inside of the drain pump is not blocked.
(4). Clean any residues and stains from the drain pump filter cover.
(5). Put the drain pump filter cover back to its original position.
(6). Turn the drain pump filter cover clockwise to secure it and reinstall the drain cover.
  1. Check the placement of the drain hose to ensure there are no bends between the drain hose and the drain outlet.
  2. Check the drain hose for ice. Ice can prevent the washing machine from draining properly or prevent the water from flowing out completely.
  3. Check the type of clothes placed. If the weight of the clothes placed is too small or too few, or a single large item is placed, the clothes may not be completely dehydrated due to uneven distribution. We recommend the following placement methods:
(1). Load large and small items together. Do not spin small items individually.
(2). Place clothes separately. If they are placed randomly, they may become tangled and cause an imbalance.
If the above methods still do not solve the problem, please apply for local after-sales service center inspection.
